Pinch Me! Enjoy Sunsets of the Gulf of Mexico right from your own balcony every night. Front facing Condo unit across the street from the Gulf, private beach access to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. Walk on more than 10 km of white groomed sandy beach every day. Rent water crafts on Vanderbilt beach. In unit laundry. Only 4 units per floor, quiet, clean building. Chef's kitchen, granite counter, 2 HD tv's with cable. In the back is the BBQ in your tikki hut and enjoy a gas fire at night over looking the intercoastal waterway! Swim in the large salt water heated pool or walk across the street to your private access beach. Close to the Ritz, Mercatto shopping. Hop on and Hop off bus for you to get around downtown Naples. Resort liviing!

Tom and I purchased this last year, but have had another property further from the beach for 4 years prior. We wanted to be closer to the beach where we can walk every day and not drive to be in a vacation spot. We spend January to April in Florida and live in Canada in Ontario.

Why they chose this property

This property allows you to be close to everything without needing to drive. You can enjoy the beach by walking across the road, or sit by the fire and watch the boats come in on the intercoastal water way. there are pool toys and floats and the building and surrounding is very quite and pristine. You will feel like you are at a resort. There is a locker right outside the entrance to the unit, which has beach chairs and wagon. There are only 4 units per floor and very little owners around in summer. COVID friendly, with reminders that only 1 family at a time in the elevator and cleaned daily. You can see the sunset from the balcony.

What makes this property unique

View of sunsets from your balcony. View of waterway from the pool and tikki hut area. Bring your wake board or kayak as there is a place to put them. Code access only to the property so very safe and not open to the public.
