About this property

Beautiful 7th floor end unit condo with panoramic view steps from the beach!

Our 2-bedroom condo is perfect for your escape to Naples. The property is only steps from the beach. The wrap around lanai has beautiful panoramic views of the canal, southern Naples and the Gulf of Mexico. With a king and two twin beds, guests can relax in comfort. Each bedroom comes with linens, a flat screened TV, and its own bathroom. The spacious living area has a 46 inch TV and opens up to the lanai. It has a fully equipped eat in kitchen. The 2 bathrooms were just renovated in 2024 with white porcelain tiles and black hardware. Each of the bathrooms have walk in showers with a full linen and toiletry supply. The condo features AC, WiFi, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The property has a large heated salt water pool with a large deck, and many recliners. There are outdoor bathrooms with a shaded area, 2 tennis courts, and a bocci ball court. The Tiki hut has two outdoor grills and picnic tables. Plenty of beach chairs are available. There are two assigned parking spots, one of which is under the building. We hope you enjoy what our little piece of paradise and and what Naples has to offer.

Fully stocked with necessities which made it easier to slip right into vacation mode. Clean, comfortable, great views, nice property, nice people. Location was great for walking to beach and a couple fun restaurants. Tennis, pickleball, pool and canal where boats go by all day. Very peaceful please.

Had a great stay the unit was as described, great location, great views, communication with owners very prompt and responsive, pool was very warm. Only real negative was that we rented this unit a year in advance and needless to say we were somewhat let down when we found out the unit was already rented for 2027 without given an opportunity to rent it again. Lesson learned on our part.
