This apartment will give you the impression, during your stay, of living in a beach hut. The terrace and the garden invite you to have breakfast, to lounge on the deckchairs and to enjoy the sweet life of the vacations.
Happiness could look like this idea: The good moments shared in family, the lake, the beach of Saint Jorioz and its soft sand. Nearby many hiking trails that will lead you to a wild and preserved nature.

Accommodation for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) consists of a bedroom with 1 double bed, a space with 1 bunk bed, a bathroom with bathtub, a garden and terrace. Free parking in the residence.

The apartment is located in a small town on the western shore of Lake Annecy, 9.5 km from the city of Annecy. Quiet environment, 4 minutes drive from the shops. 2 minutes walk from the beach of Saint Jorioz. It is very easy to move by bike in the village and around the lake.
Bicycle room at your disposal

Grocery store, mini-market, bakery, tobacconist, newspaper, post office, tourist office in the center of the town.
Every Thursday there is a small market with regional products.

30 min from the ski resort of Semnoz which offers in winter all the activities related to snow for the whole family.
Ski rental or other winter sports accessories nearby.
A compromise between lake and mountain.
Perfect for couples and families, we provide, on request, a cot + mattress for babies (the linen for this bedding is not provided)

Possibility to rent pedal boats, kayaks, Wake board, Wake surf, boats without license...) at the port of Saint Jorioz.
You also have the possibility to rent bicycles.

We stayed in a small apartment in St-Jorioz this summer. Although it was compact, it was nicely decorated, cozy, and atmospheric. The garden was a real highlight – perfect for having breakfast outside or relaxing after a day at the lake.There are a few things to keep in mind. The apartment does not have air conditioning, which is noticeable on hot days. Additionally, the layout with the children’s beds was inconvenient: once the kids are asleep, it’s difficult to access the toilet without waking them. This setup is not visible in the listing photos.All in all, it’s a lovely spot for a short stay, especially if you’re looking for charm and tranquility – and don’t mind going to bed at the same time as those in the bunk bed.

Unser Aufenthalt

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war für unsere Unternehmungen sehr vorteilhaft und angenehm ruhig. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Nähe zum Strand. Auch der Check-in verlief dank der Schlüsselbox reibungslos und war sehr praktisch.Allerdings gab es einige Punkte, die aus unserer Sicht verbesserungswürdig sind. Die Kommunikation empfanden wir als schwierig und verzögert, da Antworten auf Anfragen entweder nicht zeitnah erfolgten oder gar nicht kamen.Die Wohnung wird als Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung beschrieben, jedoch wirkte das zweite „Zimmer“ eher wie ein Durchgangsbereich, der als Schlafgelegenheit für Kinder ungeeignet war. In unseren Augen ist die Wohnung daher eher für zwei Personen geeignet. Zudem quietschten alle Türen stark, was insbesondere nachts störend war.Auch der allgemeine Zustand der Wohnung entsprach nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Sie machte einen eher abgenutzten Eindruck und war unserer Meinung nach nicht sauber genug gereinigt. Die Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer war zudem deutlich durchgelegen, was den Schlafkomfort beeinträchtigte.Den Ort werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen, die Ferienwohnung würden wir jedoch nicht noch einmal buchen.

Agréable, mais pas pour 4 personnes.

L'appartement est agréable et l'emplacement est excellent. Cependant, il ne convient pas pour 4 personnes car il est trop petit et l'eau chaude n'est pas suffisante. D'autre part, la communication avec le propriétaire n'a pas été adéquate, car il a tardé à répondre à nos messages et n'a pas été réactif pour résoudre les problèmes liés à notre séjour.

Situation Idéale

L'appartement bénéficie d'une situation idéale, à 2 pas (à pied!) du Lac, de la plage et du ponton de St Jorioz. L'extérieur et les hamacs sont également trés appréciables. Je rejoins le point du manque de rangements ;)

Vacances Saint Jorioz

Appartement très bien situé avec accès lac pratique . Belle déco. Pour ma part manque de confort et d'un coté pratique (rangement) Four au niveau des chevilles et aucune armoire dans chambre .
