Accommodation: Residence PORT CIPRIANO - Secure with elevator, wooded park and WIFI in the residence (the agency declines all responsibility in the event of poor flow - Wifi codes to be consulted at the caretaker's lodge) Direct beach access for this apartment located on the 2nd floor. Composed of an entrance with 90 cm bed, living room with 140 cm sofa bed, TV, an equipped kitchen area (fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.), a bathroom (shower) with WC, a bedroom (View of the Canigou) with 140 bed and storage cupboard. Located on the seafront, you will enjoy the loggia (garden furniture, awning) - Breathtaking view! No reserved parking but free parking nearby. All the shops and the center of St Cyprien Plage are accessible by the cycle and pedestrian path going to the port via the beach. Neighbor to the Golf and mini-golf. Aqualand and Thalasso 10 minutes away. Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit with a large and a small towel: €8.00). WIFI BOX rental: €39/week You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.
