Well finished chalet. Very modern. Considering heatwave it was quite cool inside. Great kitchen and bathroom. Amazing views on terrace. In a beautiful alpine quiet village. 10 minutes up the hill from the lake Annecy. Parking on drive. Very spacious. Lovely cat from next door visiting. Chalet is located on owners back garden and you so have to walk round through their garden. Could do with sun loungers outside, as it’s more of a ski destination. Needed a microwave and small saucepans and full length. Double bed frame is wood and creaked every time you moved. We brought our own fans but some fans would’ve been good, especially as it was 40 degrees

Perfect locatian and house

We are so very pleased with our house there is located with a spectacular view of the mountains, a private terrace and still close to every convinces, city life and swimming in the lake Annecy. The house is brand new with everything you need to have a perfect holiday. We also had a ideal communication with the owners. Perfect value for our money and and perfect setting for a unforgettable Holliday in the French alps.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en van de ontvangst door de gastheer. Door de ligging kan je genieten van het mooie uitzicht, wandelingen in de directe omgeving en uitstapjes naar het meer van Annecy. Een aanrader voor zij die van rust genieten, maar toch een goede uitvalsbasis willen voor de omgeving te verkennen.

Des vues imprenables du jardin

La location était superbe. Le chalet était très propre . On a trouvé les lits très inconfortables - matelas très durs. La cuisine était très bien équipée mais même pour trois personnes il n’y avait pas assez d’assiettes, et on aurait aimé d’avoir encore de serviettes - une par personne pour une semaine n’est vraiment pas assez. Mais à part ça, on a passé de bonnes vacances.

Nous sommes toutefois surpris de certains de vos commentaires, d’autant que nous vous avons croisés à plusieurs reprises durant votre séjour et que vous ne nous avez jamais signalé de problème. Nous restons toujours disponibles pour nos locataires tout au long de la semaine, et il aurait suffi de nous en faire part pour que nous puissions répondre immédiatement à vos besoins. Concernant les serviettes, des serviettes supplémentaires étaient à votre disposition dans le placard de la mezzanine. De même, le logement est équipé de plus de 10 assiettes, ce qui est largement suffisant pour une occupation de 3 personnes. Nous regrettons que vous n’ayez pas profité de notre disponibilité pour nous faire part de vos attentes sur place, ce qui aurait permis de rendre votre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous vous souhaitons une bonne continuation et serons ravis de vous accueillir à nouveau si l’occasion se présente.

Haus mit Blick

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Der See ist schnell zu erreichen, schöne Wandergebiete ebenso. Die Ausstattung des Hauses bietet alles, was man braucht, die Matratzen sind ziemlich hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Sauna und Whirlpool sind direkt am Haus des Vermieters, die haben wir nicht benutzt.

Perfecte Ambiance

Het chalet voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Als gezin van 5 personen was het chalet voor ons groot genoeg. Alles aanwezig en schoon. Ook het uitzicht vanuit de achtertuin was adembenemend. We hebben genoten en waren blij na een dagje drukte bij een uitstapje ons heerlijk terug te trekken in het chalet.

Très bien située!

Bien situé, entre lac et montagne, le seul petit hic (d'où les 4 etoiles et non pas 5) est le vis a vis du voisinage: En effet, le chalet est sur le terrain du proprietaire, donc à coté de sa maison et de ses voisins (..qui peuvent passer la tondeuse tot le matin sous vos fenetres). La terrasse du chalet est néanmoins à l'abri des regards avec une belle vue. En été la medzanine est quand meme assez chaude, penser à bien aérer le soir, car il fait vraiment chaud sous le toit et pas de fenetre en haut. Accueil aimable, le hôte nous a permis d'utiliser la balancoire, la trampoline et quelques jeux (tir à l'arc, etc), ce qui a été tres apprécié par les enfants. Comptez 20 min pour la plage d'Annecy la plus proche et environ 25-30 min des 1eres stations (type Grand Bornand, la Clusaz). La region est belle, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Très bel emplacement, il manque 2 ou 3 points pour être parfait qui à priori sont en cours ou le seront. Un ++ pour la terrasse qui aura bientôt une toile :)

Chalet propre et bien équipé. Belle vue sur la montagne. Environnement très calme et chalet bien insonorisé. La terrasse gagnerait à être partiellement abritée. Voisinage proche, covisibilité depuis la salle de bain. Manque d'éclairage pour lire dans le salon. Une fiche d'accueil sur le fonctionnement des appareils (télé connectée, wifi, cafetière, etc.) serait appréciée.

Das Haus ist super, die Terrasse und der Blick top! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und entspannt. Die Ausstattung ist prima. Stephane hat immer schnell reagiert. Wir haben ums sehr wohl gefühlt und sogar verlängert. Kleinigkeiten fehlen (Handfeger, Tablett, Sonnenschirm). Das Bett fanden wir recht hart, die Kopfkissen mittelmäßig. Die Vorteile haben uns darüber hinwegsehen lassen. Wir können das Holzhaus in Alex nur empfehlen!

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und es war wirklich alles da, was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Auch mit zwei Kindern ist genügen Platz im Haus und vor allem um das Haus herum. Wir kommen gerne wieder 🌼
