A beautifully renovated 50's house, sleeping 8, 125 m2, with a 700 m2 garden planted with giant bamboos, with a pool (80 cm deep, former wash-house).
The choice is yours: the sea, 200 m away on foot, or the pool in the quiet, shady bamboo garden. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and family-friendly.
Comfortable villa with top-of-the-range amenities: oven, steam oven, microwave, granite kitchen, etc.
50 m2 composite terrace in front of the living room with plancha area.
The house comprises:
- A large room: living room, open kitchen with air conditioning, very bright with beautiful windows overlooking the garden.
- Back kitchen with second fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer
- WC
- Ground-floor bedroom: 160 cm double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom and toilet in the bathroom. With air-conditioning
- Bedroom in a small annex next to the house (3 meters from the front door): bedroom with 160 cm bed, en-suite bathroom and toilet. The annex was built in 2022.
- Upstairs: children's bedroom with 2 single beds - please note that this room is small, more suitable for children.
- Upstairs: bedroom with 140 cm double bed and dressing room
- Upstairs: shared shower room for the 2 bedrooms
