Its beautiful open living space (living room / dining room / all-in-one kitchen) is extended by a beautiful ground-floor terrace, sunny all day long, promising good moments of conviviality with family or friends.
On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom with its bathroom equipped with an Italian shower.
The ground floor is therefore entirely accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The first floor offers three other bedrooms, each with a shared bathroom with a shower, as well as a toilet.
The property, entirely fenced, guarantees peace and privacy.
From spring to autumn, Varengeville offers a bouquet of gardens to visit. Many walks can be discovered for those who enjoy walking. And the beach is 7 minutes on foot.
