-Reservations are non-refundable once confirmed and paid.
-Cancellations made 60+ days prior to arrival may be eligible for a rebooking credit (upon request).
-Covid-related refunds will only be issued if USVI imposes a no-travel restriction.
-Refunds will not be given for positive Covid tests or local restrictions outside of USVI.
-In the event of a hurricane or tropical storm, refunds or rebookings will be provided if guests are required to vacate.
