First floor of a 70-square-meter villa; very well located just a stone's throw from shops and beaches. This house has been completely renovated, and all the fixtures and fittings are brand new. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room with a spacious shaded terrace, and 1 separate kitchen that opens onto the garden for dining. There is 1 shower room with a sink and a washing machine, and the restroom is separate. A large hallway leads to all the different rooms. The garden is fenced, and one parking space is available.

Hébergement très bien placé avec une place de parking privative très appréciable (pour VL de taille moyenne). Les hôtes sont à l'écoute et mettent bq d'equipement à disposition pour la vie courante. L'électricité est hors d'âge et le mobilier des chambres mériterait d'être remplacé pour plus de confort et d'esthétisme. Attention il y a bq de moustiques.

Super petite maison ! La clim dans quasiment toutes les pièces, une petite terrasse très accueillante. À 3 minutes de la plage et des commerces. Propriétaire super gentil et disponible. Seul bémol les moustiques mais il suffit de s'équiper . Pour résumer je recommande chaudement car je trouve que l'annonce ne met pas en valeur le bien qui est tout équipé en Ikéa.
