Why they chose this property
The forest includes a network of trails, perfect for forest bathing, walking, biking, and exploring whatever the season and wildlife has to offer. Trails are easy to navigate through mapped out path signs, named after trees on the land to pay homage and reverence to the green ones.
Each dwelling has its own distinct personality, providing plenty of space to have both privacy for those looking for an inward experience to open communal spaces to congregate with others. There are all sorts of nooks and lounging areas both indoors and out to slow down, unwind and get inspired. Discover the music studio, art studio, dojo, art gallery and shala and create your experience.
What makes this property unique
The air is rich with oxygen and our water comes from deep aquifers enriched with the Kangen process. We are 5 minutes from the Vanderwater Conservation Area, a small lake and an even smaller town. The local community is charming with historic buildings, monuments and The Great Trail that connects the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean. There are a number of lakes a short drive away, and cave systems to explore. Every season brings the freshest goods from the countless local farms with organic produce and dairy.
