One-bedroom apartment, 50 m² duplex on the shore of a saltwater lake and the ocean, very bright and renovated in 2022.
Large, cozy loft with sloped ceiling, featuring a king-size double bed (180) and a 3-person bunk bed, with plenty of storage space.
2-seater corner sofa bed.
Fully equipped kitchen, TV, and stereo system.
Available at no extra cost: stroller, crib, high chair, and hair dryer.
Everything is within walking distance: downtown in 10 minutes, the lagoon 50 m away, and the ocean beach 200 m away.
The residence is secured by a digital code; the apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator. Several bike racks are available outside.
The ideal location in Vieux Boucau.
Cleaning service is not included.
Bed linens and towels available upon request.

Vieux Boucau

Séjour agréable même avec la pluie qui s'est invitée ! Appart bien équipé. Je recommande surtout pour une famille avec des jeunes enfants (grande chambre à l'étage avec un lit king-size et un lit échelle trois places). Avec l'océan, le lac et les commerces proches la voiture ne bouge presque pas !

Très bel appartement, idéalement situé d'après nos envies.

Une résidence calme et idéalement situé d'après nos envies. Emplacement donnant l'accès à la plage et aux commerces facilement, sans avoir à prendre la voiture. L'espace de vie est fonctionnel et spacieux, agréable à vivre. Un excellent séjour passé à Vieux Boucau...
