You’ll love my place because of the light, the comfy bed, the kitchen, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids).no pets!

New Remodeled kitchen. Pool is just outside your door.

2 bedrooms second floor condo is just 0.5 mile from the SAHARA and Strat Casino and hotel and the famous Las Vegas STRIP!!!. Las Vegas Convention Center LVCC is 1.1 miles away. Rest in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the casino's.

Room was spacious and updated. The outside appearence of building and the grounds could use some TLC. Location was very good for the strip and downtown as well. It worked out well for our two night stay with our dog!

Great place to settle down between running around las vegas.

Place was clean and quite roomy. Felt very relaxed here. All my friends enjoyed the stay and how close were were to the strip and convention center.

Clean and close to The Strat.

This was a nice place. It was very clean and decorated well. The building is older, but the neighborhood is quiet and seems quite safe. It is quite close to The Strat and Sahara where you can take the tram to the other end of the strip.

Convenient location

Everything is about 15 minutes driving time. Convenient location to all activities. Yaniv does a great job communicating check in check out process. Place was clean and just as described.

No one is there. Pool is filthy. the Grill hasn't been used in years by anyone, nor should it be. Rooms are old and smelly. Neighborhood, NOT good. Don't make the mistake, like I did, and book here. Jeff

I would give this a 3.5 Rating. First it was great for the price; we needed something relatively low cost for a 2 day stay and for the price this was a great option. We understand that due to the lower rate that there would be some tradeoffs, this is my true assessment of the rental.The unit itself: It's an older unit that has been refreshed, spacious and bright inside the unit. One of our main concerns is that the main bedroom window facing the pathway would not lock and had a piece of wood to act as a lock, but the window it's self would not lock. being from out of town and traveling with females this was a huge concern. I personally think this should be fixed to make sure the main window in the bedroom is secure. The sheets felt clean, they could use a little Clorox to freshen up the whites, no real stains but a little dingy, not a big issue. Also, we had some difficulty adjusting and setting the A/C but was finally able to figure it out. Although the property itself was well lit and felt fairly secure while in the complex, outside the complex was extremely dark and unsettling when we came back late. We didn't see any negative activity but felt a little unease until we got into the complex. Again,Overall, the unit is not bad and for the price you should give it some consideration depending on your trip needs.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. The residents were all very friendly and helpful. The place was clean. They have a keypad lock so you don't have to worry about keys. Plenty of street parking. Close to everything. We rented a car and only used a couple gallons because we could walk most everywhere. Drove to Fremont Street because it was a bit of a walk. Super close to the Strat.
