A peaceful space 25' from the center of Barcelona and on the best beaches of Barcelona in the neighborhood of Poal de Castelldefels.
New bright renovated house on a plot of 500m2 which includes swimming pool, garden, barbecue area and parking for vehicles.
Two large bedrooms (one with a king size bed and the other with 2 single beds), a large open kitchen with a view of the garden, a living room, a bathroom with a spacious shower and a dressing room.
South / East orientation with sun all day.

Fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, iron, etc. Bedding, duvets, towels and all household items included.
Fiber Wi-Fi, Smart TV and air conditioning.
