Burst in sunlight, joy, and minimalism this soaring property is perched in the Hacienda neighborhood, inside the gated Punta Cana Resort & Club. Built to be relished in every corner, this pyramidal roofed home has windows and mild colors everywhere to suck the Caribbean energy and deliver it to its lucky guests.

Right through the main entrance everyone will notice that the core is in the living room from where the sunrays are sparsed to the rest of the villa. Decorated with an avant-guard rounded light bulbs chandelier hanging from the high ceiling the main area of the house invites all guests to sit down in its comfy sofas to watch their favorite movie or simply chat about a bustled day with lots of activities and excursions. Across the wood-framed glass door is the dining room with a glass table, seats for eight, and a hanging tree-branched-like chandelier, yet modern and nice to look at. On the other wing is the chef's kitchen with industrial hobs and all guests need to prepare the most delicious dishes.

The stairs lead to the second floor with a large internal balcony, a library to dig for a good lecture, and a snuggly lounge area. On the other side, a wide door invites to the large balcony with outdoor furniture, a contemporary pool table and unbeatable views of the golf course.

The outdoor offers a wide swimming pool with a shallow area to get the sun lounger inside and get tanned under the Caribbean sun. The alfresco dining for 8 guests is the ideal spot to end the day after collecting exciting experiences!

Amazing spot and service!

Property was awesome! Super comfortable and cool. Me and my friends had a blast. The service at the house and the cook were incredible. Working with the manager Marc was great. Anything we needed he was always there to get it for us. Bottom line, rent this property. You will have a great vacation!

Paradise absolutely Beautiful with Full Staff

This property was beautiful the pictures don’t even capture how beautiful this home was every inch had a unique little touch.. It was in a gated community we felt very safe…absolutely beautifully kept grounds sits right on the golf course.. The infinity pool is beautiful.The concierge Marc had everything we requested and more he is hands down the best he got us access to everything we need during our stay he went above and beyond for my family..The chef made the most delicious meals she gave us a variety of options each one just got better and better. The housekeeper was right on point we did not have to lift a finger she was extremely helpful. We took the golf cart for a short ride about 5 min from the house to a beautiful beach the water was so blue.. I felt like I lived in paradise for our short Stay we hated to leave but we will be back to this property next year it was like heaven on earth…❤️❤️❤️

Punta Cana Paradise

My family and I just had one of the most amazing weeks of our lives! My family of four joined my sisters and their spouses for a week at this house. The house is the nicest we have stayed in anywhere; with large bedrooms, huge meeting spaces, great pool and modern everything. The house is amazing but the staff is what made this a truely special place. By the end of the week they felt like family. Marc the concierge was very communicative months in advance and was there everyday to see if he could assist in excursions, advice on shopping or whatever. He was especially helpful in booking tee times and other things that needed some spanish translation. Marguerite and Ana Louisa were there all of the days to clean and prepare meals - 3 meals a day. The food was soooo delicious that we never ate out the entire time we were there. Didn't need to. The food was mostly Dominican style and delicious. The staff would buy all of the food we would need and we just paid them at the end. They were very fair about the food expense as all of the receipts were given to us at the end. The beach is only about a 5-10 minute golf cart ride. Same for the golf courses and tennis center. We hope to be back next year to this special house and country

Absolutely Amazing Trip

The house is located in a safe, well maintained and secure neighborhood. The pictures are accurate, and, if anything, the house is even nicer in person. From the time of booking through departure, the managers were very responsive and professional. The housekeeper and cook, were the sweetest, nicest and most accommodating staff I’ve ever had. From groceries, to drinks, meals at the house and reservations, everything was taken care of and clearly explained. Note this is the type of place you go to enjoy the house. The beaches are a 10 min golf cart ride away. Small. Cute little beaches. We sprint most of our time at the pool at the house! Honestly, great house, management and staff. 100% recommend this house. We stayed 6 days with 3 other couples. Perfect.
