Nuestra lujosa Beach Villa Sol y Mar está ubicada directamente en la playa virgen, tiene una piscina privada, un gran jardín y está ubicada en una ubicación exclusiva con 2 canchas de tenis gratuitas en un complejo bien mantenido.


La casa de 240m2 ha sido completamente renovada, tiene un interior moderno y está equipada con todas las comodidades. 5 dormitorios con SmartTV; aire acondicionado y ventiladores, cada habitación tiene su propio baño con bañera (1) / ducha y WC.

Nueva cocina abierta moderna totalmente equipada.
(frigorífico grande con agua filtrada, congelador, lavavajillas, microondas, horno, plancha grill, electrodomésticos de cocina, etc.)

Bonito salón completamente amueblado con aire acondicionado, zona de comedor, Smart TV con canales colombianos e internacionales, WIFI gratuito, habitación independiente con lavadora, secadora,...

en definitiva, todo lo necesario para celebrar unas vacaciones inolvidables de 1 a 10 personas.
El jardín, la terraza y la piscina privada se mantienen diariamente y la temperatura exterior en Cartagena está entre 26 y 32 grados durante todo el año, por lo que siempre podrá disfrutar de buenas temperaturas (de baño).

La hermosa iluminación del jardín, los modernos muebles de jardín, las tumbonas, la gran mesa de comedor al aire libre y los toldos completan la experiencia.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble tamaño king y la habitación 2 tiene una cama tamaño queen, ambos están en la planta baja para que pueda salir de su habitación a la terraza o tirarse a la piscina.
Las habitaciones 3 y 4 tienen cada una 2 camas de 120 cm de ancho y la habitación 5 tiene una cama king-size con 2 camas individuales.

Nice place to stay

Host was always available and willing to help. We had a couple of issues in the unit and those were resolved quickly. The unit was nice, especially pool and griller.

We regret that you lost a small nose ring which was probably lost while on the beach or in the resort, What we do not accept is that you say the house was broken into. There is no evidence for that, the community has 3 security guards 24/7, every person entering the gated community is registered and identified. You stayed for 5 days and only on the last night you claimed that this nose ring was lost 2 days before. If so why didn't you report it days earlier? Soon after making that claim you started pressuring us for a full refund of your 4 nights just hours before your departure. We think it is very unfair to make such statements. We have obtained a PREMIUM status with VRBO thanks to our dedication and hard work to make everyone's stay enjoyable think that the reviews from all other guests are a real reflection of what to expect when staying at our beach villa.

Our family really enjoyed our time at the beach villa!

We booked the villa for our family/group of 8 adults for seven nights. While we did spend a couple days traveling to city center to soak in the history and rent a boat to explore the surrounding islands…the highlight of our trip was simply spending quality time strolling along the beach and relaxing by the private pool. Communication was top notch from start to finish. David helped set proper expectations and was readily available to address any questions/concerns. He even provided us with recommendations of local drivers that had large enough vehicles for our group…that were willing to pick us up/drop us off places. In addition, we opted to hire Yisela for her housekeeping/cooking services…we highly recommend her coconut rice, fresh lobster and her lentils. So delicious! Such an amazing experience! Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay

This Villa was worth every cent. It’s very spacious with nice bathrooms. The pool and grill are also very nice touches. The beach is literally in the backyard. The host also is veryyyyy helpful and attentive to an issues we had and offered assistance for any requests we had. He gets a 10/10. Only downside to this property is its location. Although is beautiful it is a little ways away from Cartagena. Taxis, Ubers and such make it seem like a 20-25 minute commute is expensive. If you have a rental car then it’s no worries. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you Jonas, We are very happy that you thoroughly enjoyed your stay at the beach villa, a taxi ride should cost on average 7 to 8 usd per person including Toll road, for future stays we will be more then happy to assist, recommanding a good taxi or van service. The vans can manage up to 16 people. ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS 👌

This is definitely what we were looking for and more. The villa is a very comfortable and relaxing beach house with everything you may need. It's away from all the hustle and noise. The pool is maintained daily and stays clean. The beach is a few steps away from the villa. God willing we would love to come back and stay here for more than three days next time. Thank you Mr. William, Cesar and Yisela. Team work makes the dream work. This is absolutely a first class team. 👏 Thank you all for making our stay a most pleasurable one. God bless! 🙏

Comfortable in Cartagena!

Family of 9, all adults, stayed at this wonderful property for 3 nights. Traveled from the US and wanted to stay outside of the walled city. The house had security at the entrance gate and also security guards walking around the properties, so we always felt safe! The villa was great and had everything we needed. Most bedrooms have their own bath. Having our own pool and being able to look out onto the sea was an added bonus. The sunsets were breathtaking! The property manager, David, was an asset to have. He is full of contacts to make your trip truly a vacation and is very responsive to your texts. He put us in touch with a cook/housekeeper, Yisela. She met us at the food store to assist us with shopping and cooked our breakfasts and a few dinners. Her coconut rice was wonderful! David also arranged for us a van service (Javier/Arlington) for airport/sightseeing service, as well as a person to come to the villa, Ingrid, to give massages. She set up her massage table on the upstairs balcony which made the massage very relaxing!Everybody mentioned made us feel comfortable in an unfamiliar area to us. We had a wonderful time at the villa and are still talking about it!

Thank you again for this wonderful review, we are so glad that you specifically emphasize the fact that our house has security at the entrance gate and also security guards walking around the properties 24/7; Unfortunately the guests staying after you at the property lost a small nose ring while vacationing and are falsely blaming the house for that whereas it is likely they lost it on the beach. Sadly we have no defense against such false accusations so we are very happy that you mention in your review have safe it is. Many thanks again and always welcome!

We came to Columbia for the first time for our grandchildren to meet their grandfather and great grandfather and great grandmother. Extended family visited us at the home also. Our housekeeper Yesela Accommodated all of the extra visitors and anything that we needed for them She cooked authentic dinners for us each night. Our driver Javier was excellent as well. We would make arrangements with him ahead of time and last minute and he would always make it happen and keep us safe where we went. We also received in-house massages on the upstairs balcony bedroom by Ingrid. We have had many massages in the United States and she was very good at her job. we felt very safe in this condo gated community. Our pool area was kept clean each and every morning before we would even be out of bed. Anything that we needed or had a question about David was quick to respond. We liked staying away from the city and the busyness. The sunsets were amazing on the beach. There were just a few items that our family would like to see upgraded in the house to make it even more spectacular to stay at and we covered those items with the host and he received them well. As Americans, we were very skeptical on how we would be treated and everyone was so kind to us . We loved learning about the history of the city and we loved meeting our extended family. We made lots of good memories in this home.

Just an amazing experience

I had to take a few days to reflect on my time at this home. I traveled with 8 others (friends and family) for what was supposed to be 6 days, 5 nights of travel to Colombia. The house is just as described, however, the online pictures do the house no justice. The house is gorgeous, the grounds are well-kept, and the owner is simply amazing. I maintained contact with the property owner for months prior to our arrival. He always responded promptly. While there, we met Yisela. She cooked most of our meals and assisted with so much more. She is truly a sweetheart that I now consider family. She gave me a personal cooking class and linked me with all the stores I needed while there. Here is where it gets even better. On my planned day of departure, my family and I went to the airport and prepared to leave the country. However, our flight had multiple delays and eventually cancelled. The airport staff quickly demanded that we leave the airport. The next flight out was not the next day...however, it was FOUR days later!!! Of course we were all in panic over a cancelled flight, a pending storm in the area, and where in the world we would go. I immediately contacted both the owner and his brother, Cesar. They were both EXTREMELY graceful to allow us to book an additional 3 nights there. On the last night in Cartagena, we stayed at a hotel closer to the airport. I wish to publicly thank the owner, Cesar, and Yisela for allowing us to return. Our stay there was memorable.
