It is located on the 1st floor with elevator, it opens onto a green and quiet patio.
A 5-minute walk from the fine sandy beach and all amenities. A beautiful terrace of 13m2 welcomes you to relax or share your meals.
The large living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, 2 retractable bunk beds overlooking the quiet garden to recharge your batteries, as well as a lift-up coffee table. A large closet and a dresser.
For your comfort, it is equipped with air conditioning, electric shutters and a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a fridge freezer and an induction duo. Small appliances, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, toaster.
The toilets are independent, with washing machine .the modern bathroom offers a bath and a shower. A towel radiator and a hair dryer.
No need to look for a parking space! You benefit from secure parking in the basement.
Bed linen and towels are available on request for 10 euros per person. This accommodations are classified as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation. The tourist tax is €1.30.

Bel emplacement

Logement propre qui correspond bien à la description.Emplacement ideal proche des restaurants, glaciers,du port et de la plage.La place de parking en sous-sol était la bienvenue.Intermarché a moins de 200 mètres.

Déconnexion totale !!

Seulement que 4jours passés dans cette location,mais ce fut très agréable, dit avoir séjourné calme et presque les pieds dans la Méditerranée ! Pas du tout surprise par rapport aux descriptifs de l’annonce. Quand à Annie, personne accueillante sympathique et très à l’écoute !!! Je recommande vivement cette location, et en toute confiance. Merci à vous Annie.
