Welcome to Muscadines!<br><br>This art deco family home combines comfort and serenity for a Dolce Farniente holiday. <br><br>Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the beach of Tahiti sur Pampelonne and 5 minutes by car from the mythical Place des Lices, you will appreciate its privileged location, close to all the amenities of Saint-Tropez. <br><br>The charm of this single-storey house carries you away as soon as you enter, with its Italian-style patio with the scent of jasmine. <br><br>Without further ado, let's start the visit!<br><br><br>Inside:<br><br>The house is fully air-conditioned and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; a large living/dining room; a spacious kitchen and a guest toilet.<br><br>• The La Voile Rouge room: <br><br>This air-conditioned Master Bedroom consists of a 160x200 bed, a television, a double dressing room, a desk, a bathroom with two sinks, a walk-in shower and toilets, as well as an outdoor access to the terrace. <br><br>• The Club 55 Room: <br><br>This air-conditioned double room consists of a 160x200 bed, a television, a large dressing room, a bathroom with sink, a walk-in shower and toilets. <br><br>• The Tahiti Room: <br><br>This air-conditioned double room consists of a 140x200 bed, a television, a dressing room, a bathroom with sink, a walk-in shower and toilets, as well as an external access to the patio. <br><br>The rooms are equipped with hotel-quality mattresses, box springs and sheets. <br>We provide bed linen, towels, and pool towels. <br><br>The bedrooms all have independent access and are each in a different wing of the house. <br>This way, you won't be disturbed by the noisy sleep of one of your guests or by his late return from the evening... <br><br>• The living room and kitchen:<br><br>A large living room that includes the living and dining rooms, tastefully furnished, and which open onto the pool and garden. <br><br>The living area consists of two sofas and a TV. <br><br>The dining area includes a marble designer table for 8 guests. <br><br>The kitchen is slightly separated from the living area, for more comfort. <br>You will find many equipment: oven, induction hob, American fridge, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, Nespresso coffee maker, ...<br><br>We also provide you with our laundry room with washing machine and dryer. <br><br><br>Outside:<br><br>The exterior of the Muscadines is broken down into 2 parts.<br><br>1.
