On a plot of 3500m², surrounded by vineyards, our villa is composed in the DRC of parental independence with dressing room, bathroom, WC, a second bedroom, a bathroom, a guest WC, living room, kitchen, utility room, upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (shower, bath, double sinks), WC, gate, alarm, garage, terrace, barbecue, swimming pool and a pétanque court.

Great location, spacious inside and out, good pool area with beautiful backdrop of vines.Areas for improvement1. Only one set of keys limiting flexibility for the 4 of us to do different things at the same time.2. Amenities & decor isn’t comparable to luxury villas available for same price.3. Master bedroom leaking AirCon, sink in master shower room leaking,,master shower very low pressure, master bedroom bath only has a handheld shower.4. Master bedroom bed, pillows and sheets all felt very very basic, not what we’d expect at 10k a week.5. One living room sliding door wouldn’t lock, and wasn’t fixed during the week.Overall a brilliant location, with convenience of fabulous food store 3 mins walk, but these points need addressing for a 5* rating.

Belle maison idéalement placée !

Emplacement idéal si vous voulez limiter l'utilisation de la voiture : supermarché avec des produits de qualité à 3mn à pied et plusieurs plages et randonnées accessibles depuis la maison ( Pampelonne , Cap Camarat , Cap Taillas ... )La maison est belle , grande et agréable avec la partie chambre séparée de la partie salon/cuisine. Le salon donne sur une belle terrasse abritée face au soleil couchant. Le jardin est grand , parfaitement cloturé et très bien entretenu. Aucun vis-à-vis ! Le seul bémol est la route qui malgré sa petitesse est assez passagère. Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui sont facilement joignables et répondent rapidement aux messages. agréable avec sa jolie piscine.
