The villa boosts 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin room and an additional luxury bunk room and bathroom with dual access leading from two other bedrooms which is ideal for children or families. Great time!

We spent an amazing week at the Villa in August. Perfect location for a family holiday. Great set up with all needs met by 3 generations. Beaches and restaurants close and the most amazing uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean. Thanks for hosting us for one of the best holidays in many years!

We had a wonderful stay . We were so happy with the location and the pictures truly represented the house. The house manager was excellent and we will go definitely go again. We had two families and the house never felt cramped. Great trip .

A week wasn’t long enough

Highly enjoyable stay in July/Aug ‘24…owner and house manager were friendly and attentive...perfect base for three couples (could just as easily be family friendly) exploring all that St Tropez and Ramatuelle have to offer..one week just wasn’t enough, we will be back summer ‘25 for sure!!

Great price / location but BE CAREFUL

The property sits in the hills near Ramatulle, close to beach clubs but a bit far from town. The outdoor pool area and master bedroom very gorgeous. It’s very hot in the summers and the only ac units are in the bedrooms making the living room in kitchen less enjoyable to congregate. WE GOT ROBBED OUR 3rd night. A man dressed in all black broke in wearing a ski mask and seemed to know the house as he walked right upstairs to the master bedroom and robbed us. I wish the house manager ( who’s very lovely ) would have warned us properly to set the alarm and shut ALL of the shutters ,, which takes a while to do- but we didn’t , and got robbed of our jewerly. The owner did nothing about this, but offered to split the cost of security for the remainder of our stay, even when we agreed to pay for the first 3 nights but wanted to leave because we felt unsafe, especially with my 2.5 year old in the house.. half of my group left and we we’re still forced to pay. Apparently villas in St Tropez often gets robbed, is very common. the owner and house manager wasn’t surprised as it’s been attempted before in this villa. Be careful and don’t bring valuables.

We do not agree with your statement and parts are incorrect. We are sorry that this happened and the distress that was caused during the incident. Help and support was provided by our team and extra security was arranged by us which I understand helped keep you comfortable during the remainder of your stay. We did state that the villa MUST be secure when you and other guests are out and also throughout the night. If any of the doors/shutters/windows are left unsecured/open and the alarm is not activated the villa becomes at risk as the sensors will not sound the alarm preventing this situation from occurring. The villa has a high spec safe available for guests to use and we advise to use this, which we did tell you about before you arrived at the villa. Sadly sometimes there is crime in the area as there is every holiday destination, which is why we ask our guests to ensure the house is protected and secure. We take Security extremely seriously and have invested heavily in security to keep our guests safe at all times. Regards The Villa Talula team.

Stunning villa and views

The villa views looking out from the pool area are quite amazing. The pool is a great size and the layout works so well, as there are shaded areas (with plenty of seating) but these areas are close enough to feel part of those in the pool - so all very sociable. We had nine guests staying and the villa is large enough that no-one ever felt on-top of each other. Beds and bedrooms all very comfortable and the quality of equipment is excellent and also very well equipped. The villa is in a private location, which we loved. There is a local supermarket about 10 mins away, which was very handy. The owner was great, professional and quick to respond. Overall, one of the best villa's we have stayed in and would certainly return again!

WOW THAT WAS FUN!!!!

First of all, Villa Talula is better than it looks in the pictures! My wife, sister and three boys (17, 19 and 21) spent 7 nights there recently. The accomodations are wonderful. All beds are very comfortable and spacious and the air conditioning was a welcomed reprieve from the summer heat in the afternoons and while we were sleeping. The view and the pool were second to none! It is sooo private that you can chill in the house or drive 10-15 mins to crazy beach lunches and clubs in St Tropez. The house is located in a gated neighborhood which is only accessible by code which made us feel secure. The house manager is Shane and he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! Whether he was giving us advice on where to go, taking care of the house or driving us to lunch, dinner, or a vineyard he was a pleasure to be around. We take nice vacations and this one will forever be at the top of experience list!! Thanks Villa Talula and Shane!!

Ideal location for people who like silence and at the same time want to explore the interesting corners of Cote d'Azur. For the first time I met such professional contact persons who deal with home service (both renting and assistance on site). We will definitely return ....

Stunning villa, very relaxing and private

Stunning view and setting. The villa is tucked away yet near enough to everything. The bedrooms were all really well sized and it was immaculately maintained. The manager provided a great service and all in all it was a perfect family holiday home. We shared with another family and there was plenty of room for us all. Lovely to have good sized storage space in the rooms, could really unpack and feel at home. The pool is stunning, and there is a lot of seating available, plenty of options for sun or shade. The local shop had an amazing BBQ selection so it was just as lovely to stay in for lunch as it was to go out. We traveled with one baby age 4 months, and 4 children 6 to 9 years - it worked really well although the layout (stairs & pool) probably wouldn't suit 1-4 year olds so well. Moorea and Cabane Bambou were great for lunch and only a few minutes drive away. Our host Shane was incredibly helpful and did some taxi runs for us to and from the beach clubs. We also took a trip into Port Grimaud which was a lovely little town with pretty canals. We went for dinner one night there at Le Sun, down on the beach, great food and wine and relaxed enough for children. All in all, great villa, great location, great host and we would love to do it all over again!
