Le Boileau - Apartment for 4 people, parking and balcony, CLOSE to the Lake

Discover the lake, the city center and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 4 people.

The first bedroom has a 160x200cm (King size) bed and the second has 2 single beds. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine (and a filter), a washing machine...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet are separate.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Pleasant stay very close to the lake

A clean and well maintained apartment - everything from the coffee machine to the dishwasher in excellent condition. Lots of towels and clean linen provided. Quiet neighbourhood so excellent for families. Lovely selection of shops/bars/patisserie just down the road. Really close to the beach and amenities.

Très bon emplacement

Très bon emplacement par rapport au lac. 3 étoiles seulement car literie moyenne et surtout et nous y tenons sur toutes les locations où nous allons d avoir une vaisselle propre er là nous avons relavé beaucoup de couverts, des assiettes et des poêles....qui n étaient vraiment pas propres et cela n est pas difficile à regarder avant l arrivée des locataires. Enfin ce qui est bon également à savoir c'est qu après 17h avoir une place de parking est presqu impossible et trouver une autre place ...gratuite n est pas si évident dans le quartier ...à part ces 3 points moins positifs tout le reste était bien.

Tout c’est très bien passé. Juste un problème au niveau du règlement. Par 3 fois le paiement n’est pas passé, la réservation a été annulée mais après des echanges par mail avec l’équipe tout est rentré dans l’ordre. Il serait appréciable d’avoir deux jeux de clés car on était deux couples. Cordialement

Très bon séjour. Par contre nous avons rencontré par 3 fois des difficultés pour le paiement par carte qui ont impliquées des annulations du séjour. Cordialement

Logement parfait

Bien situé à 5 mn à pieds du lac et commerce de proximité.Propre et très fonctionnel possède tous ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour de courte ou longue durée. Bien accueilli par Gaëtan de la conciergerie du lac, toute la famille à appréciée le logement . La ville est magnifique et vaut la peine d'être visitée.

Nice apartment

The apartment was nice and clean and well located in Albigny. Check in was quite complicated. I didn’t receive details, had to call to make arrangements and then there was some confusion about whether the apartment was actually available. It would have been nice if some supplies such as dishwasher tablets, liquid for washing clothes and coffee could have been provided. But overall the apartment is nice and we had a good stay
