Independent 3-star house of 80 m², completely renovated (not adapted for people with reduced mobility), with private courtyard.
Located in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, close to many lakes, the house is located at:
10 minutes from Saulieu
20 minutes from Semur-en-Auxois and its medieval city
40 minutes from Vézelay
35 minutes from the Parc de l'Auxois
1 hour from Dijon, the international city of gastronomy and wine
You will also be only 10 minutes from an adventure park offering mini-golf, tree climbing and laser game, as well as many hiking trails to discover the surrounding nature.
There is a private courtyard with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue facilities, as well as a small garden with a hammock.
The 35 m² living room includes:
a large fully equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster and Dolce Gusto coffee maker;
a table with 6 chairs;
a sofa;
a smart TV.
The bathroom is equipped with:
a piece of furniture with a basin;
a shower;
a towel warmer;
a hairdryer;
a washing machine.
The toilet is separate.
The house has 2 bedrooms:
a bedroom with a double bed 140 × 190, a single bed and a wardrobe;
a bedroom with a double bed 140 × 190 and a wardrobe.
All windows are equipped with electric shutters.
For your comfort, we offer the option of beds made on arrival:
€12 per double bed;
€8 per single bed.
This service includes pillowcases, fitted sheets and duvet covers.
Towels (a large and a small towel) are available at a rate of €4 per person.
Pets are welcome with a flat rate of €25.
Cleaning must be done before your departure. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of €40 will be charged.
