Experience our Executive Rental, a charming one-bedroom, one-bath condo with a beautiful view of Forsyth Park. Perfect for extended stays of 30 days or more, this first-floor residence is located in a historic apartment building and offers a private balcony where you can enjoy Savannah’s scenery. The condo is within easy walking distance of many downtown restaurants and shops, and River Street is just a 20-minute stroll away.

The apartment features a separate bedroom along with a comfortable living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils, making it ideal for longer stays. Street parking is available nearby.

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire unit. One closet is reserved for cleaning supplies and linens, which you are welcome to use. The only shared space is the laundry area, located in the basement of the building.

For stays of 30 days or more, a signed lease and security deposit are required, and our office will contact you with details.

Great way to spend a month in Savannah

Amazing location, comfortable amenities. Loved spending the afternoon sitting on the porch or walking across the street to the park. Beautiful bathroom & huge tub. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

We focus exclusively on properties in Savannah and Tybee Island because this is our home, not just a market. We’ve each lived in Savannah for over 20 years and still live here today—working, playing, and spending our time downtown—so sharing this city comes naturally to us. We decided to rent our first home as a vacation rental because we wanted guests to experience Downtown Savannah the same way we do. When you stay with us, you’re not supporting distant corporate investors—you’re supporting a local family that truly cares about the homes we manage and the guests we welcome, offering personal service and genuine coastal Southern hospitality.

We wanted our guests to be able to step outside and immediately feel the charm, beauty, and walkability that make Savannah so special.
