Beautiful spacious four bedroom and a loft/game room family home with a relaxing backyard to enjoy with family and friends. 3 - car driveway and free street parking allowed. Surveillance cameras outside the perimeter, none inside the home. No pool available at this listing. Conveniently located near Costco, Sams Club, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Super Walmart and various restaurants, fast food and grocery stores. Craig Ranch park is 5 mins away. The Strip is 20 mins away and 15 mins to Downtown. McCarran airport is 25 mins away. Las Vegas Motor Speedway is 15 mins away. Only a few minutes from I-95, I-15 and 215 North beltway.

Had a great time

Quiet neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and stores nearby. Mountain view in the area is beautiful. Great location.

The property was great. Luve and learn but, you would definitely need a rental from there.

The hostess was great, very responsive and, in general , the property was great. Not that close to the strip though.

Vegas Wedding

Came into town for our son’s wedding and needed a place that would accommodate two families. Everything we saw on line was consistent with the actual accommodations. We would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great stay while visiting the Vegas area.

Casa Azul in Vegas

Casa Azul is a beautiful, clean home located about 15 min from strip. It conveniently located to many stores and restaurants. Ms. Loera is an amazing host and went above and beyond! I highly recommend Casa Azul when staying in Vegas!

I was very pleased with Ariana and her communication before and throughout our stay. We had a minor concern that she immediately addressed and ensured she followed up on. I would definitely recommend this home and host.

Very welcoming

My team and I came to town on business but also wanted to incorporate fun this house was very spacious and welcoming definitely room to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked and the backyard was a pleasant surprise. Definitely would recommend

Las Vegas Vacation!

The property was beautiful! There was 7 of us so there was enough beds for all of us and still more beds. Me and my family agreed we will definitely be staying at this home again. Very clean and nice neighborhood. With 2 and 1/2 baths, there was plenty of room for the girls to get ready. .. The owner was fantastic to work with! 10/10 for this property. Thank you!

In town for a funeral

Shower head in guest bathroom broke off very first shower.landed on my mom's foot. I went ahead and replaced it. Would be nice to have face towels in bathrooms. Overall the place was great. Would reserve again.

Wonderful Stay!

This house was very clean! There is a free standing air filtration system that made us feel confident that the house was bacteria free. The only thing was that there was no iron. We were attending a wedding and my son needed to iron his shirt and slacks. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay! Thank you Ariana!

Proud Military Family of The Groom

The place was clean and well stocked with plates, utensils, and linens. It was also close to a lot of stores, food, and business. I have used Vrbo in different states and while the ones I have gone to are good, this one was one of the better ones. I know how important these reviews are for people like me who rely on other's honest impressions about the rental so their own trips turn out pleasant. The only downside to this rental is it close proximity to a very busy street. If you are a light sleeper, the constant car traffic noise may keep you up at night. That is the reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars for the location section.

Best Birthday Ever

My husband and I stayed here with 6 of our closest friends for my 35th birthday and we had the best time. Game room upstairs includes a small pool table that converts to air hockey as well as a foosball table. Laundry room was very useful given the amount of people in our party and shower uses. The backyard is super cute and we enjoyed watching the hummingbirds come and collect nectar from the flower bushes each morning. We also had a personal chef come and prepare dinner for us and had plenty of space to host a small intimate dinner on the backyard patio. Definitely would come and stay again 💚

A great stay

The college trap and skeet team had a competition in Las Vegas and we stayed at Casa Azul. We chose it because of the good recommendations of other guest and we were not disappointed.Our arrival time was tentative and when we got there 2 hours early the innkeeper had just finished tidying up and let us in. The facility was clean and well organized. My students put their bags in their rooms and we went shopping to fill the fill the fridge and cupboards. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to accommodate our group of eight as long as we did dishes each night--which should be done anyway. The neighborhood was respectable and though the house sits astride a 4 lane main road we did not get bothered by traffic. It was easy to get to shopping and only 15 minutes to our event. In the evening we went to the strip and it was an easy drive on MLK road. This was a great trip and a great VRBO to accommodate us. The only complaint the students had was that the foosball and billiards tables are miniatures and not full-size. My only problem is they have lots of decor on the tables which I moved so we could use the tables and I had a hard time remembering which decor went on which table when we cleaned up before leaving. Would definitely stay here again. Prof. W.

Sweet home and good location.

It is a sweet vacation home. Children had fun playing games on the second floor. Supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, and coffee shops are within 6 mins drive.

My stay at Casa Azul was perfect

My wife and I really loved our stay at Casa Azul, the property is very spacious and very clean inside and out. Our host was very nice and considerate. My first grandson was born and the host was gracious enough to get a small gift for him, which touched my family hearts so much. I recommended to stay here if you are ever in Vegas.

The House

Everything with the property was excellent. It’s a beautiful house! Just a couple things of note: The fridge does not make ice. A hairdryer box is under the sink in the master bathroom, but there’s no hairdryer in it. The HVAC return vents on the second floor are loaded with dust and should be vacuumed. The filters should be replaced. The patio and outside furniture should be swept of leaves and debris. We would all return to this house!

Great house, great location.

The house is newer and has full appliances and a spacious kitchen. The bathrooms were clean and there were common areas for family and friends to gather, including a small game room. It would have been nice to have a welcome sheet or booklet with info like the WiFi or tips on using the TV. For example we never figured out where the washcloths for bathing were or how to watch news or sports on TV. Anyway, I would definitely recommend this house for your Las Vegas vacation.

Amazing!

This got to be hands down the best house I have ever rented. Huge! Very very clean and the beds were all super confortable! The kitchen is stacked with all u need to cook (except food of course) but overall amazing!
