Peaceful

Although it was a short trip for my friend of 40+ years and I…we throughly enjoyed our time there. We slept well, fished and cooked them on the grill. The other guest on the property were friendly and we were just a short hike from the river and spillway. Would recommend to those who just need a break from it all. Quiet and peaceful.

Weekend getaway

When we arrived at the property, we waited 20 minutes outside because we were not provided with an access code. In addition, the WiFi didn't work and we heard multiple gunshots (at least 300 non stop) during our stay. The property contact is not Angela but a guy named Jose. He was very friendly though. The walk to the river was a bit longer than expected but overall it was an average experience. We were looking for more solitude than what we received.

Quiet and wonderful stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend here! The area was nice and quiet with the trinity river only a short walk away right behind the cabin! The wifi was a little spotty but other than that the husband and I will definitely be coming back with the kiddos! The managers were super sweet and they even allowed us to extend our check out time with no extra charge😊
