📌 Good to Know:





  • We have 4 cabins total on our 11 acres. Wonderland Geo Dome, Zen Den A Frame, Mirror House, and Ranch House. They are all separated by trees, fencing, with at least 100 yards distance between each. Each unit has it's own private amenities and we ask guests to not visit any unit they have not rented or you will be asked to leave. You will have your own your private area but may see other guests on the property. Please see the map of the property in the photos if you are curious about the layout or we can send over a drone video. Reach out to help@cameronranchglamping.com if you have any questions.



  • We provide 2 propane tanks for the gas grill







  • Charcoal not included for the charcoal grill







  • 10 logs + kindling + lighter provided per night







  • Additional firewood available in lockbox for $10 or bring your own





  • ID verification required and $250 Damage Authorization Hold via Lodgify (just like a hotel)

Please note: Our rentals are located in a natural setting where guests may encounter insects, wildlife, or other elements of nature. While we maintain our properties with care, sightings of bugs or animals are a normal part of the experience. No refunds will be provided based on the presence of insects or other natural occurrences.



Payment & Cancellation Policy



Booking deposit







  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.







  • The remaining 50% balance is charged 14 days before your check-in date and is non refundable.







Cancellation refunds







  • Cancel within 24 hours of booking: 90% of your deposit is refunded (10% retained for processing).







  • Cancel up to 30 days before check-in: 90% of your deposit is refunded (10% retained for processing).







  • Cancel less than 30 days before check-in: no refund.







  • Weather-related cancellations: no refunds for weather-related issues unless an emergency order is issued by the county





Security hold







  • A $250 hold (not a charge) is placed on your card one day before check-in to cover potential major damage.







  • If no damage is reported, the hold is released upon your departure. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–4 business days for the hold to clear.

Cozy dome

Our stay was very very pleasant the property owner was very responsive if issues arose which they didnt. It is a beautiful relaxing location especially by the pond. They really paid attention to every detail to make your stay enjoyable. The only thing I would suggest bringing is ice, as the freezer does not make any and the cube tray was missing

However, the unfortunate reality is that it’s becoming increasingly more difficult to find time to take care of ourselves, physically and mentally.
