One Summer Secret is a lovely 3-bedroom home in the heart of Seagrove Beach and just a few minutes walk from the beach! With sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, proximity to the beach, and access to 2 community pools and a tennis court, One summer Secret provides a relaxed and convenient stay on 30A for your entire family!

The S. Andalusia Beach access is located directly across 30A from the community entrance. This prime stretch of public beach gives renters plenty of room to enjoy the Gulf Coast!

Nestled in the sought-after community, The Grove by the Sea, positioned at the heart of Seagrove Beach, our location is truly unbeatable. Seaside and a variety of restaurants are just a stroll or bike ride away. Embrace the outdoors with miles of paved bike/walking path right across the street from The Grove's entrance, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of all 30A has to offer. Plus, the public beach walkover awaits directly across 30A from the subdivision's entrance, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.

• Parking for 3 Vehicles.

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Relaxing beach vacation

The house has a wonderful screened in porch, great bed linens, comfortable beds and furniture, and everything you could need in the kitchen. Short walk or bike ride to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We really appreciated that the house is in a quiet neighborhood. All of this made for a stress-free family beach vacation.

Excellent Location and great home

We had a short trip to the beach and enjoyed the home and the location. It is located in a quiet neighborhood away from all the crazy traffic along 30A and a short walk to the beach. The beach was perfect--white sand and clear water. The house was just what we needed for our group.

Easy access to beach with no beach code or key pass needed. Very clean and well cared for property. New appliances, AC was on when we arrived so that was appreciated. Use of (4) bikes included. Lovely home, best place we’ve vacationed at in the area. I’d buy this place.

A perfect house!

Love this house, very cute decor, clean, and comfortable for my family of 5. We enjoyed the porch and the open layout of the main floor. Appreciated the kits for kitchen and bathroom that include soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent. And also the beach wagon! Just remember to bring (or buy) beach towels.

Great Location for Spring Break

My husband and I brought our kids and two friends for spring break. We all had a ball. It was super easy to get to the beach and the beach was not very crowded in our area. This was our 6th time to visit 30-A and we have stayed all up and down and this is one of our favorite locations. We also love that it was tucked back in a quiet neighborhood away from the craziness of 30-A.

Great time at this house

Myself, spouse, my adult daughters, son in laws, and my granddaughter spent the week in this house. It was perfectly clean. The location is walkable to the beach. The location is an easy bike ride, doable walk to Seaside square. When a break is needed from the beach, there are 2 pools to dip into. Trees line the streets. It's very quaint. It quiet and perfect for your family

One Summer Secret is a GEM!

Absolutely loved One Summer Secret! My family of four stayed here with the goal of relaxing and reconnecting. The house was perfect. Kitchen nicely stocked. Ample glasses of every kind and a great blender. 😉 Beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. We had some rain during our stay and the screened porch with tin roof was heavenly during that time. Beach access was so easy. We’d ride the bikes (4 included with rental) to the access right across the street from the neighborhood. Grove by the Sea is so close to Seaside you can actually walk there. Couple minutes to the grocery store. Just an overall great house and stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Best neighborhood and lovely home!

This is our fourth year staying in this home and we love it so much. Everything is spotless when you arrive and comfortable for the week! The kitchen is well stocked with what you need to make some meals at home. We love the location and the neighborhood is in a perfect location and really quiet which we love. Can’t wait to return next year!!

Fantastic quiet location

We have been coming to the Florida panhandle our whole lives. This location is absolutely perfect. It is only about a 4 minute walk and you are on the beach. It's tucked just far enough away to be away from the noise of 30A but still an easy walk to to the beach. If you are looking for peace and quiet then here it is. KIsmet is the property management company and they were incredibly helpful. Very easy check in/check out process. We noticed on the calendar that no one was checking in for a few days after we checked out and we called to see if we could get a later checkout since we have young adults who like to sleep in and they gave us some extra time that day. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house!

Wonderful house in a great location. Screened in porch was terrific. Had everything we needed for a great week. My only recommendation, and I called the property manager and left this message, but there is a large bush that is spilling over in to the driveway and makes it hard to get in and out of the car with 2 cars in the driveway. Also, you couldn’t get the bikes around it so we had to park them in the front of the house. It just needs to be trimmed. Also thought it was odd that there were plenty of towels and washcloths and only one dishtowels and one sponge for the kitchen. We just bought some but didn’t know if that was a housekeeping error. Would definitely go back!

Best little neighborhood!!

We absolutely love staying in Grove by the Sea and specifically this house! Perfect location close enough to pool and tennis courts and just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. The house is clean and just set up perfectly! Cannot wait to book again!
