This townhouse is located in a 12 unit complex on the beach. It is just steps from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy this cozy comfortable townhome for a long weekend or week long family vacation. The views of the gulf from the master bedroom are breathtaking. At night the stars shine over head as you relax on the deck off the master bedroom. There is room for 2 cars to park under the townhome and easy access to the laundry room on the carport level. Take time and cook your own meals or walk a few blocks to local restaurants. You can get up in the morning and walk to a coffee shop 2 blocks away. Relax and enjoy the beach

Perfect location, steps from the beach with a view from the deck! The kitchen was well -equipped, carport was handy, beach chairs and umbrella used daily! I had a few questions for the host, and she answered promptly. We really enjoyed this clean, cozy condo for a week of relaxation.

The location was very convenient to the beach, Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys.. shopping and groceries close by. The condo was well kept and very comfortable. My time was very relaxing and beautiful!

This is the perfect location that is literally steps away from beach access that leads to a beautiful, uncrowded beach! The home was clean and set up perfectly. Communication with host was wonderful as well.

Location, location, location! This spot was absolutely perfect to take the kids straight to the beach and hauling all that beach gear! I loved we were able to go back and forth with ease and take evening dips in the ocean! We also were able to bring our bikes and had plenty of storage area to put them. Very close to shops and dining which was great to not mess with parking a car!

We had a wonderful week! This truly is a Slice of Paradise. The view is beautiful, and the easy access to one of our favorite beaches was the best part! It was an easy bike ride to shopping and restaurants. The property had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. This was the perfect home base for our 30A spring break trip.

25 years of travelling to Florida beaches and locations and this place ranks #1 for my family. Everything we needed! Views to the left and right off both balconies. Pristine and clean, zero issues, no bugs, washer and dryer access, beach chairs and wave boards... hard to list everything! The hosts were very responsive, even though we had no issues, just a few questions. We 100% will be back!
