House was ideally located for easy, walkable access to downtown Ayden. Many good BBQ locations within driving distance. Check-in process was very smooth. Everything was as described.

It was so lovely that they had doggie dishes and water bowls set out for our dogs. It was also very convenient that they had doggie disposal bags available in the outside area. Our animals felt very calm and at home. If an occasion arises in the future that we need to stay in the Greenville area- I would definitely choose to stay here again

Just what we were looking for

Very nice older home that was perfect for our stay. Very neat and clean. The fenced side yard was perfect to air our spaniel. Would definitely stay here again

Place for the Weekend

The overall stay was ok, but the shower in the master did not work and the location is a bit further from ECU than described. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed the outside area for us and our dogs.

Perfect “Home Away from Home”

We stayed here over the weekend for a soccer tournament in Greenville. The accommodations the house provided had everything we needed to function normally as a family, just like we were at home. We felt very safe and comfortable and the neighborhood is super quiet. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Greenville.

Graduation Visit

Had a lovely visit to attend granddaughter's graduation. Location is perfect. The house has what we needed for our stay. Hopefully will be available in a couple of years when grandson graduates!

Everything was very nice. The master king bed was a little firm but my second nights sleep was better!

We came to Greenville for my daughter's wedding on June 4th. I had never been to Greenville before. I'm so glad we chose to stay here. Very quiet and convenient location.

The check in process was easy, the host was very responsive, the house was clean and stocked with condiments, towels, pots, pans, and menus for area restaurants. I loved the guest book and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this host to anyone. Thank you again!

Enjoyed our visit!

My husband and I needed a place to stay while helping our son and family move.The house was easy to find and the nice, cool air conditioning felt great after a 100 degree day! The house was cozy and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Amir even worked with us when we needed to change some of our arrangements for the weekend. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

This property was perfect for a longer stay. The kitchen was fully equipped which allowed for cooking and eating. The master bedroom off the LR was comfortable with a large closet and bath also equipped for the needs of a family with small children. The property was convenient to Greenville and Kinston and my art workshop in Grifton. I have stayed in this location twice over the past three years and would rent it again should the opportunity present itself. Thank you!

Pet friendly Cozy home

Very cozy and comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again. I think my only issue was the smell of paint or maybe fresh wax floor. But that will go away eventually. It definitely served its purpose. Thank you Amir.

Nice little spot

We stayed for my son compete in a golf tournament in Greenville, NC. The property is an older home but well taken care of or remodeled. We really appreciate the owners allowing us access to the home a little early while my son played his practice round. They have a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to bring all our dirty clothes home we washed them the night before we were leaving. Thank you to the owners for a nice stay!

Would Stay Again!

The owner was great to communicate with. Check in was easy and hassle free! You have all you need to be comfortable. Staples in the kitchen, bath and laundry. Even left fresh cut flowers and cookies! We didn't travel with small dogs but this property is great for anyone with a small dog! There is a fenced in section you can use to put your dog in to have a place to roam. Area was quiet and well lit. Close to the downtown shops of Ayden. Also, close to Greenville and ECU. Would stay here again if in the area.
