Such a great condo to stay with my pup while my husband was in the hospital for surgery and recovery! It was furnished very comfortably and had everything I needed. The hospital discharge was later than expected and the host offered an extremely late check-out. We appreciate everything and would definitely stay again.

This place is fantastic! My husband and I were visiting Greenville the last few days and I wasn’t really feeling staying in a small hotel room with my pup for three days. So, I did a quick check online and this condo came up with a 10/10 score and it was within my price range and available. This place is 100 times better than a tiny hotel room and the price was actually less expensive. The accommodations were clean, and the king bed was awesome…not sure which brand it is I definitely want one!! It is centrally located with a multitude of restaurants and other conveniences. Mark, the property owner responded very swiftly to my texts. If we ever need to return to Greenville for any reason I will definitely be checking the availability on this beautiful condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time as the apartment is located in a great spot for accessing Greenville. The bottom unit made for easy luggage loading and unloading. The washer and dryer are an added bonus. We also enjoyed the nice touches for the holidays. Great host!

LOVED this property and this location! What I loved about it - condo location within the complex. It’s on the ground level in the corner and backs up to woods. Super private! Kitchen - had everything we needed! Beds and linens - comfy beds and sheets. Towels were a nice weight, like what I’d have at home. Communication - AMAZING! Mark was responsive within minutes! One thing to mention that I believe is out of the owners control is the WiFi. I was there to work remotely and had to use my Hot Spot bc the WiFi was spotty. Certainly not a deal breaker and it didn’t affect the TVs working perfectly. If my daughter gets into ECU, we’ll definitely be back! Thanks Mark!!

Very cozy spot

We visited Greenville to catch some LLSWS action, this condo was perfect! They allowed our dogs to stay, which made our trip much more relaxing. The layout was great, patio and green space out back for the pups, quiet area away from the traffic. The host was very attentive & responsive to requests. We really enjoyed our stay.
