This house was perfect for us while moving our kid into College. Very clean with recent updates and the house has everything you need. Nice touches like a little welcome snack basket and the coffee bar made a difference. Kids found the sofa bed very comfortable and the bedroom beds were the same.Keval was very quick to respond to any questions during the booking process and during our stay. We hope to be back. We attended my husband’s brother’s memorial Service and stayed in this house. My 2 sons, my daughter in law and my 8 year old granddaughter were here and we loved the house. Every little thing was thought of. Clean, comfortable, quiet and all around comfy spot! We will return!

As stated in a previous review, your posted pictures cannot capture the warmth and love that radiates from the walls of this rancher. The outdoor decor is perfect for an evening of relaxation. Excellent Option for Greenville

Newly and tastefully renovated and exceptionally well provisioned 3 bedroom home. This home has everything needed for a stay. My son who is an ECU student and I enjoyed a father-son weekend grilling out, building a fire in the fire pit, and playing a fun game of foosball. Excellent communication and an easy check-in process.

Home away from home

Our family decided to go surprise our freshman at ECU that was very homesick. We loved the house and it created a home away from home atmosphere. It’s better than the pictures and everything you could need is here. We did an outdoor fire pit and played corn hole as well. We all loved it and will come back again! Wonderful home! 💜💛

Very Satisfied

So stinking cute! Just wish we had gotten pictures with the awesome art wall in the dining room. Bedding was super comfy and everything was very clean. Location was perfect for the wedding we were there for, but would have also been amazing if we were in town for college festivities. Host was quick to respond and very professional. We happen to be very familiar with Greenville having gone to school there so we knew the areas where we wanted to be. They provided a binder that gave all kinds of great information about the area, were to go, what to do, where to eat etc. We didn't really have time to use the backyard space but it was setup so nice we did get to see the train go by which my kids thought was very cool. We will stay here next time we visit Greenville for sure!
