Plenty of room, very clean loved being on the water we did have a problem with one of the toilets that would not be fixed until we left but overall a good trip

Great family getaway

The property is beautiful. The balcony view is amazing. My favorite was the upstairs suite . I took my children and grandkids. So it was very spacious. A overall great trip. Very convenient to all local attractions.. The host was very helpful to take care of our needs. Ill definitely come back to this spot next time we visit hot springs.

Summer Breeze great location, horribly dirty/outdated

If you want to arrive to wash strangers’ dirty bedding and make your own beds, with no partial refund, nor a break on cleaning fee, come stay here. When I told her I had to go buy detergent in the middle of night and wash bedding until sunrise, after a long drive from Texas, the owner said it’s only 3 loads of laundry she left me to do. She also said the blankets on the floor are clean and kids musta thrown them down. She said she doesn’t wash blankets for 2 weeks at a time anyway, so of course she didn’t calculate those loads, nor left enough pods to wash. Our feet were black from dirty floors and we walked into spider webs & spiders several times. She also didn’t send codes for entry, so we had to wait for Vrbo chat to try her and then give us her number to keep trying multiple times while babies screaming—taking a while to enter. I was told that I paid a cheaper rate than condos next to her, as if that concerns me—so I guess housekeeping when I arrive at midnight is expected. No beds were made so kids had to wake up and wait.

Great Location

Communication with host was slow via the reservation platform. Once I got her cell phone number, she was much quicker at responding to inquiries. The condo sleeps up to twelve but do not expect to have enough basics stocked for twelve people. You will need to bring you own grill as the one at the condo is tiny and 12 steaks/chicken breast will NOT fit on the grill provided. Bring your own toilet paper towels or you will run out. I do agree with others that this condo has a spider problem. I cleaned the balcony off multiple times and the spiders were back within hours --no spiders in the condo, only outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and may go back but we will be better prepared for the next visit.

Roomy condo, lake beauty, details need improvement

I would stay here again. The condo is so roomy and cozy. Huge bedrooms, nice living areas, plenty of kitchen space for a big group. The beds are soft and comfy. The Dollar General is a few minutes away and is well-stocked. The lake is literally 5 steps from your door. The view is beautiful and serene. The two balconies are so nice for relaxing. Oaklawn and other attractions are an easy drive. Three areas needing improvement, but manageable for my family were: lockbox/key instructions were not given before check-in, cleanliness was lacking a bit (and coffee was expired), and we were unable to use two of the TVs becuase the remotes were either missing or didn't have batteries.

Won't be staying again.

We had several problems. None of the ac units work properly, spider webs everywhere at property, the microwave quit working, curtains in bedrooms rigged up, Garage door was super hard to get into, the decking around the lake has boards missing and falling in (very dangerous), no water pressure and ice machine didn't work at all. Says and looked like it needed cleaning. For the price, we def expected better!

The home is beautiful the neighborhood is beautiful the host was the worse by far

I called the host 3 times after checking in and no answer I texted her and ask could I please call me asap I want to talk to u about the house I just arrived her reply was I know about the house I just left I was so shocked because who do that…. We checked in and went straight to cleaning cause apparently nobody else did. The walls was full of dirt and spider webs the patio view was a spider web down stand upstairs the walls with lights with was horrible but the overall was the spiders in the home we had to take the kids and my mom to a hotel because I didn’t want to risk my kids getting bite. The host was horrible and I so wanted to leave because of her and the spiders. She could have just listened to the complaints then I wouldn’t have to take it here… I had surgery major surgery 2 months ago no way I want to be bitten by a poisonous spider.

A wonderful mini vaca!

This property was everything as promised on. VRBO. Great location! And we had plenty of room and privacy. Our only two disappointments were that the kids couldn’t swim off the pier due to possible electric shock. Also, the beds were super soft. So much so that we rolled into the middle of the beds. But all in all a good experience.

Good and bad

The location of this property is so great. We did have some issues as the owner double booked. We had another family enter the condo after we arrived. It was kind of scary. Second, the condo was somewhat cleaned. It needs to be deep cleaned. Towels were clean. Beds were clean. But, the interior and exterior needs some attention.

Other than us having to spray a trail of ants, due to an open box of sugar left in the cabinet, my family and I enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property. We loved sitting out on the balcony overlooking Lake Hamilton. Already discussing our next stay there in the near future!

Great Stay, Great Host

Amazing experience. I was looking to book quick because of a last minute cancellation and we were able to book this condo. The host was amazing and I’m so grateful. She was very accommodating. The place was clean and big enough for my large family. The condo was bigger than I expected. We weren’t far from restaurants and stores. And we caught a lot of bass off the dock!! Quiet neighborhood and we met some very nice people.

We enjoyed our stay!

This condo was great for our family vacation. Our teen boys shared the downstairs bedroom that had two full beds and the adjacent bathroom. Our 10 year-old daughter was thrilled to have her own room with an attached bathroom. She loved the bed and vanity table area as well. We had our own suite upstairs. The location was perfect to easily access the Hot Springs area and Lake Catherine State Park. We had a wonderful stay here!
