Relaxing and quiet for the holidays
The property is great value and a change from the high rise properties otherwise available.
The stairs and gates entering the property are a bit of a challenge but staff very helpful with carrying luggage and groceries as needed.
Amazing Beach View Condo
Nice condo with amazing view of the beach from the deck. Watch the sunrises and sunsets, the frigates and hawks soaring overhead, the fishing boats coming and going. Short 5 minute drive to the beach. Long beach walks when the tide is out but the sand gets hot so be prepared. Swimming pool for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.

We stayed at Moti and Susan's place in May. We loved the place and the experience of living by the ocean. The pictures just don't do it justice. It's a beautiful modern escape property with gorgeous ocean views. We grilled fresh fish we bought from the fishermen on the beach and ate romantic dinners on the balcony just listening to the waves.
Although my friend and I did not rent this particular villa (we rented the one below from Moti), we did get a chance to look inside this unit. It is absolutely stunning. You can't beat the view from the patio. This gated community is so warm and welcoming--I would stay here before a hotel in a heartbeat! Thank you, Moti, for putting up with all of my questions :) We had a fabulous trip!

We just spent 2 weeks in this lovely property. It was off season, and our 2nd trip to Panama. We loved the seafood village at the beach, and did a lot of cooking, day trips, and relaxing.
We are so happy we did not stay in Panama City, and feel fortunate to have found this property. The location is great, and the owner recommended a car rental Co which was half the price of the rentals companies in the city.
Panama City (1 hr); The Panama Canal (1 hr.); El Valle (local artesan market, zoo, hiking, zipline, biking, horsebackriding, archeological hikes, restaurants, thermal springs) (40 min.); Coronado (Country Club) jet skiing, boating, waterskiing, tennis, golf, restaurants (10 min.); Altos del Maria, mountain real estate, tennis court, fresh water springs bathing area with waterfall (25 min); Nata de los Caballeros, historical church; Penonome/Cerro El Viento, Smithsonian research center (1 hr.) and many more places.

Panama is my country of choice because of the diversity and beauty here of as well as its close proximity and easy access to the U.S. The Gorgona area is very quiet and quaint and very close to every amenity you could ever want including a 24 hour grocery store, or take an early morning walk to the fish market on the beach. It's not a tourist only town - it's a great mix of North Americans and people from around the world , each willing to share a story or two.
What makes this Apartment unique
This amazing beach apartment is meant to be a practical living space, while bringing the outdoors in. Each enclosed area is connected to an outdoor balcony or terrace, and guests simply love our property. We are 100 meters from the local fish co-op market, and there are a number of good restaurants within 3 miles. I love my property because of its proximity to the beach. I can hear the ocean waves without being right on top of them. Being on a hill overlooking the ocean, and experiencing the fresh breezes is simply amazing. It is also centrally located so that I can enjoy the benefits of a capital city, and the beautiful surrounding countryside.
