Private: natural state property 650 m2 (fenced). Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach "La Coudoulière" 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Hiking paths: Sainte Baume, Sainte Victoire, Calanques Port-Cros, Porquerolles, Iles des Embiez, Bendor, Porquerolles. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in SIX FOURS LES PLAGES, 3 km.
4-room villa 88 m2 on 2 levels, west facing position. Spacious and bright, renovated in 2013, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV (flat screen), DVD. Exit to the garden, to the veranda. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (fenced 2 cars). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR.
