Bien aménagé et confortable

Appartement très bien aménagé et confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée. Très agréable terrasse ombragée. Un seul souci: nous avons expérimenté une coupure d’eau de 24 heures. Il semble que ce soit un problème récurant en Guadeloupe. Le propriétaire a fait de son mieux pour limiter les désagréments. Nous recommandons Cet appartement quand même

Appartement correspondant à nos attentes. Propreté des lieux avec serviettes à disposition ainsi qu’un salon extérieur avec vu très agréable. Commerces et pharmacie à proximité de 2km, très pratique. De plus, le propriétaire des lieux est disponible par téléphone en cas de besoins. Location de vacances à recommander.

Très bien situé, le propriétaire Très gentil et discret .Toujours présent au mondre souci Merci pour les notices dans le logement pour passer de belles vacances. Je recommande la location. On a passé un très séjour .

Séjour de 15 jours dans cette location

Nous avons passé en famille 15 jours dans cette maison. La maison correspond bien à l'annonce, elle est en dessous de la maison, du propriétaire . L'endroit est calme malgré la proximité de la N4 en contre bas . Le meilleur de spot de Kite surf de la Guadeloupe est à 5 minutes à pieds (plage des Salines) , donc c'était parfait pour nous qui sommes des Kiteurs , pas besoin de prendre la voiture ! La remontée vers la maison est costaud mais ça se fait en 5/10 minutes à pied. Il y a dans le jardin une petite vue sur la mer , dans facile pour vérifier les conditions sur le spot! Il manque malgré tout quelques équipements au niveau de la cuisine et aussi un petit barbecue pour les grillages du soir ! Peut etre aussi un petite enceinte bluetooth. (Pas de télévision dans le logement)

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour, un super accueil a l arrivee. Une tres grande disponibilité et gentillesse d Alain. Le logement est impeccable, fonctionnel et idealement placé. Très bon séjour.

Cette location était conforme à nos attentes et correspond au descriptif de l'annonce. Le logement est attenant à la maison des propriétaires mais il est totalement indépendant. Il est situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse et le jardin. Il y a une belle vue, on aperçoit la mer au loin. Il était très propre, il est moderne et très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, accueillants et attentionnés. A notre arrivée, une bouteille de planteur nous a été offerte ainsi que les ingrédients pour un bon petit déjeuner (café, beurre, confiture, pain, jus). Ils nous ont en outre donné de bons conseils pour la visite de l'île. Merci à eux. Que du positif.
