Located in a private wooded neighborhood area within a short distance to Surfside shops, restaurants and nearby beaches! The whole house is accessible to the renters. Each room bedroom and living room has its own AC unit! Great location to relax and enjoy nature but still nearby the local spots and less than 1 mile from the beaches. VIP access to the Sailing Club Center located on the beach!
