Beautiful 4* Chalet for 14/15 people, very comfortable with jacuzzi in Châtel

The CLEMALOU chalet offers all the high-end comforts needed for a stay with family or friends.
With 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, the chalet can accommodate up to 15 people while ensuring optimal privacy and comfort for all.
A true haven located in a quiet neighborhood, halfway between Châtel town center and the Linga ski lifts (Portes Du Soleil), and 200m from the Marmottons Village, perfect for baby skiers aged 3 to 6.
The chalet has six beautiful bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Five bedrooms are located in the sleeping area on the second floor of the chalet.

The sixth bedroom is located in a fully equipped independent apartment (kitchen, living room, bathroom) on the ground floor. Ideal when part of the team wants to live at a different pace.

The living areas are all located on the first floor. You'll be enchanted by the immense living room opening onto the dining room, spanning over 60 m². You'll be able to admire the landscape through the numerous bay windows while enjoying a friendly moment around a roaring fireplace. You can enjoy aperitifs by organizing wild games of foosball, before moving on to the large table, ideal for gathering everyone around a delicious Savoyard raclette... or perhaps you'd prefer to share a delicious fondue!

A TV room is also located on the first floor, set back from the living room, for those who wish to watch a movie in peace and quiet without disrupting the social atmosphere, or for the kids to enjoy a cartoon while the adults enjoy their evening.

What better way to end the day than by enjoying the jacuzzi (up to 7 seats), located outside in front of the chalet, the ideal place for a moment of relaxation after a day of exercise.

Finally, to head back skiing in the morning with dry and warm boots, you have access to a boot dryer (on the ground floor in the laundry room). It is programmed for two heating sessions per day, in the evening at the end of the day and in the morning before leaving. Skis can be stored in the garage on the ski rack provided for this purpose.

Guests of Chalet CLEMALOU enjoy exclusive access to the entire magnificent property and its luxury amenities. The jacuzzi is serviced once a week by Franck, who can access it even in your absence, without you having to worry.

During the winter, snow removal is handled by a local company that visits regularly depending on snowfall. We remind you that according to the Mountain Law, it is mandatory to have snow tires, or failing that, chains, from November 1st to March 31st.

You will be greeted on-site by the smiling Anaïs and her team (TA Concierge), who will contact you one month before your arrival to plan your stay.

They can offer optional services, such as breakfast delivery, booking a mountain instructor/guide, grocery delivery, airport taxi booking, or mid-stay cleaning.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental, as are bed linens and towels. A courtesy cleaning service will be required before your departure (dishes cleaned, dishwasher and refrigerator emptied, and trash removed).

The chalet is located 150m from a bus stop (located on Route du Linga) where you can catch the free shuttles that run regularly and serve the main destinations: Châtel town center, Linga, Pré-La-Joux, etc.

To get to the ski area, there are two options: either take the free shuttles or drive. There are three possible ski lift departures: Linga (located 650 meters away), Super Châtel (Châtel town center 1.5 km away), or Pré-La-Joux (approximately 5 km away). The Pré-La-Joux departure point is the furthest away, but it provides the fastest access to the Avoriaz ski area and the entire Portes du Soleil ski area.

You can also watch your little ones experience their first skiing experience at the Club des Marmottons (ESF) located below the chalet.
