This property is a Myrtle Beach landmark and features an expansive pool deck with indoor and outdoor pools. On-site you will find the Ground Floor Cafe, proudly serving Starbucks and sweet treats. Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's Activities - This program is available at Patricia Grand and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

Everything needed is there! Many places leave out or make you pay rent/deposit for many things. This room has everything we could have needed and more! One bed has a broken spring but not too bad yet.

The room was not clean and kitchen necessary items were missing. There were balls of hair in the bathroom and had to call maintenance to unclog the sink.

We really enjoyed ourselves.

We really enjoyed ourselves at the Patricia Grand in Myrtle Beach. The hotel was clean the pools were nice as well as stuff. Most importantly, we love the fact that we could bring our fur baby. She loved the beach and the hotel. Thank you.

Great view needed cleaning

The garbage was not taken out on arrival. limited toilet paper. sandy floor under desk. Worst of all, sand and human hair under bed sheets. THE BED SHEETS WERE NOT CHANGED BEFORE US. The location was great and we understand that cleanliness can be compromised in pet friendly locations, but beds should always be clean. Who knows what happened in them before us. Were we sleeping on bed bugs, fleas, human fluid? I don't know, change your sheets. We sure paid enough for better. The floor was understandably scuffed up from pet nails, but other than that, pictures were accurate, (because they don't photograph the bed sheets). The water in the bathroom is either boiling hot or cold. The location was still awesome. It was great to walk out to the ocean in the morning. Pools and hot tubs were clean. Killer location though, but the hotel room could have been cleaner.

It was very clean and well maintained. The employees were nice. My only complaint is that they were very stingy with the towels. We only had two bath size towels (no hand towels or face cloths) to last two people for 2 1/2 days. When we turned in the dirty towels on day 2, the maid said we had to get fresh towels from the front desk. There we were given 2 bath towels and 2 face cloths. No hand towels or kitchen towels. We used our face cloths to wash and dry our dishes. It wasn’t a big inconvenience and otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Just don’t understand it. Most hotels give out fresh towels daily.

I like that the property is quiet , clean , and staff is very nice . I loved my oceanview and also that the resort has onsite food and bar. What I didn’t like is the floor looked clean but was not actually clean it was sticky and one of the beds made a loud cranking noise when u barely moved on it, also the shower water leaks to the front door of that unit when in use. Other than that it was a good stay .

Not at all as described. The smell of the room was horrible, the toilet did not flush, the shower drain was clogged so the water did not drain while I showered. The bathroom sink still has toothpaste stains from the previous guest and there were food crumbs all over the floor.

A guest who will never stay at Patricia Grand Myrtle Beach, SC

Elevators broke, cleaners not allowing guests on elevator. Key card program wipes off if it's close to a phone, grocery store checkout, etc. Had to have room key reprogrammed 4 times in 2 days. Little chilly and not able to get in your room sucks. Oh I forgot can't get a elevator. Old people walking the stairs. Cause cleaning crew is riding floor to floor using the 1 elevator. Will never stay at the Patricia Grand in Myrtle Beach, SC ps I'm 51 but the elderly 65 to 80 walking stairs carring there emotional support dogs. Hotel is lucky a guest didn't fall down stairs. Total disrespect by staff.

Overall the hotel was Nice

The hotel was nice. It was close to the beach and had a indoor and outdoor pool, so that was good for the kids. Parking sucked! We had a large vehicle and it was difficult to find parking. Our lights in our room didn’t work, so charging our phone was a no go! Check out is super early and you have to pay for later check out. I don’t think I would stay again.

Good not great

The hotel is in a great location and had wonderful amenities on the property. The parking is a bit inconvenient as it is across the street from the hotel. Having two kids with us, this made it difficult. The room was mostly clean but the ac unit looked like it was falling apart and the door in the bathroom was stained all over with something.

We had a perfect 3 days!

I loved the hotel. Beautiful property. Warm pools. Great food at the poolside bar. Friendly guests and employees. Everything was laid out so conveniently. I will definitely stay in this unit again. It had a gorgeous view especially at sunset. It was 10 steps from the elevator which was great for me because I’m disabled. My only complaint was the bathroom was painfully small and our toilet was clogged.

Pet friendly stay

We came for Myrtle Beach Bike Week. Nice Property, pretty clean and pet Friendly. Lots of dogs and dog people which made it nice! Great on-site amenities and a Starbucks!! The downsides were description stated no onsite parking for trailers and there were trailers in the parking deck along with it’s a non smoking property with people smoking on decks etc while we went to to dog park to smoke to avoid being fined. All in all I would stay again due to it being super pet friendly!.

Place was clean. You could really tell the hotel staff were always cleaning common areas. Only thing I would change is both beds need a new mattress. We enjoyed the great ocean views. We would stay here again. Also it’s nice to see pet friendly hotels. Always enjoyed seeing all the dogs. The indigo restaurant was great as well.

Looking forward to returning

We really enjoy staying at Patricia Grand. It is so convenient for many of the things we like to do at the beach. The service is always great, even with the COVID mess, and our rooms have always been in wonderful condition.
