With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

The original first floor room had bugs. Got moved to a new 3rd floor unit, but it had no stove/dishes which we were counting on for our stay. Was told the hot tub was broken so couldn’t use it. Overall, it was ok yet definitely not worth what we paid.

Decent for a short stay

This a basic hotel room. Nothing more. It's clean, beds are comfy, short walk to the beach. Parking sucks, but it's the beach! Free breakfast buffet just across the road.

Wonderful

Easy check in, Had to park in the parking garage a block away, but was not bad at all. We had first floor, pool front and was great. We did have a problem the first night there as the shower would only get warm. The next day, we reported the problem and within an hour it was fixed. Really had a nice relaxing time on the beach and pool. I would consider staying again. Oh, The staff were pleasant and helpful. Most of the staff are from other countries, so patience and respect are key.

Ok for a budget

This was appropriate for being on a budget. The bad- But when we came in, the handle to the patio was broken. When we went to close the door, it broke even more resulting in a minor cut to my hand. Cut was no biggie but front desk is definitely not pleasant or compassionate. They did have maintenance come and fix but didn’t have a handle causing it to be super annoying to close each time. Shower was awful, didn’t get hot, no water pressure, and was dingy looking. Sink hardly drained due to suction from stopper being too strong even open. For the 2 nights we were there, 3 out of 4 front desk people were unpleasant. The good- right off the beach. Easy access to beach and pools. Loved being on first floor. Parking was easy. Pools were fine. 2 of the 3 were heated. 3rd was good temp too. Great price. Liked the coupons they offer. Took advantage of a dolphin tour that was amazing. Check out was easy. Checkout lady was surprisingly nice considering her counterparts. Was it the worst? No, for the money, it was fine. Would I stay again? No.

Beachfront room with a great location

This place is simple, clean, and in a great location- a few minutes walk from the boardwalk and a very short drive to broadway. They include breakfast at the buffet across the street that is good, mini golf across the street is free, and a parking garage to keep your car from baking in the heat.

Enjoyed our stay

This was a nice budget friendly hotel, we enjoyed ourselves. The outdoor pool was a little cold, but the side pool was warmed, but the area created almost a wind tunnel so the breeze was freezing. The room was clean and there was a broom to help with the sand, which was nice. The beds were a bit stiff but had plenty of cushioning. Breakfast coupons for Magnolias was THE BEST !! We plan to come back for sure

Nice place but a few problems

The place was really nice with a great view. I was pleased with the room as I found the beds and pillows very comfortable. There are a few things that need to be fixed as you have to leave the bath and sink water running for a little while to get it hot. Also there wasn’t a dvd player in the place so we couldn’t rent any movies. The toilet made a screeching noise when flushed and filling back up. Other than that we really enjoyed our vacation.

Awesome stay

IT sort of rotted that it rained all weekend. But the place was great. The only draw back was the parking structure was one block away. Since it rained, it made it slightly annoying. But the host cannot control the weather so I give it 5 stars

Great vacation

The Hotel was clean, employees very friendly. We had a first floor room right near the pool and as promised it opened at 9 and closed at 11. The kids could swim I. The pool go to the ocean come back and swim in the pool or use the Lazy River. I could relax at either the pool or beach and watch them. Could even watch them from the balcony. We all had a great time.

The hotel itself was great! Friendly and helpful staff, little perks like free mini golf and a great daily breakfast buffet across the street. A little noisy being on the first floor and that should be expected as well being right by the pool. Overall it was a great stay and we'd stay again!

Unlimited DVDs were great for my kids when it rained, free breakfast at the restaurant across the street was amazing, and close to our favorite activities. Staff was lacking but not rude, room was mostly clean.

THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!!

Our room had bed bugs... hotel is too nice for bugs. Me and my guest got bite up during the stay. They only refunded me $50. I would never stay here or recommend staying here to anyone!

Not too bad

The room was smaller than it looked in the pictures. It was clean. The shower didn’t work but was promptly fixed. The phone didn’t work but really didn’t matter. Good access to the beach. Pools did not look clean. Courteous, friendly staff.

Nice place

I love the room. It had dishes a stove, and was just incredibly convenient. For some reason though when we turned the heater on because we’re Ohioans and get cold in the ac, the fire alarm stared going off yelling “fire fire fire”. The pool and lazy river was amazing and all the free ammenities were phenomenal and ended up making the price worth it. At first when I paid 400$ for two nights I was a little worried but once we got there and had free tickets to a water park and a show and other activities like mini golf it made it all worth the money. We even got free breakfast at a resturant. Also waking up and seeing the beach was awesome.

perfect stay..clean, quiet..

Our 1st time to book through Vacasa and it was perfect all the way through! Great communication from start to finish. The room was clean, safe location, quiet, restaurant & putput freebees. The staff at Carolinian are nice with free popcorn when you arrive. Free parking but you walk a block over to the parking deck. I'm all about walking but pull up to load/unload or if you arrive back carrying something. The front area is pretty tight. The only negative was on 1st floor there are very bright flood lights facing the bldg so that sitting on the deck in the dark just listening to the ocean isn't happening. There are great room darkening curtains to hide it. This is where we will stay now.

More Than I expected
