With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

The breakfast at the Magnolia Café was a very good. Their staff was at very friendly. They only complain that I really have is that as soon as I open the door, I could smell the drain out. Those drains need to be cleaned out very well because the drain odor is a real turn off.

Well equipped, clean, comfortable

Well-equipped property in good working order. Clean, comfortable and very kind staff. We absolutely loved the pools, access to beach, live DJ on the deck, mini-golf, DVDs and the breakfast. The room door codes were far more convenient than having a swipe card. The property has a high-end feel at a very good price. We'll be back!

Nice location

The location is great. Parking is a block away but not terrible. Check in lady was very rude at first but once she realized I wasn’t going to be rude back, she changed her attitude. Views beautiful. Loud loud loud neighbors. Stomping all night long above me and paper thin walls. Smell of marijuana in the hallways.All in all not a terrible place but could improve.

Enjoyable Stay

This place was a nice place to rest our heads. The view was spectacular, the breakfast at Magnolias was yummy, walking distance to things to do. If I had to mention anything, the sliding door very hard to open and close and it would be nice in this day and age to have more outlets or charging ports. I would suggest a the stable between the beds to have ports within it or the lamp. Overall this was a nice place to stay!

Great Escape

Very decent hotel with a balcony over looking the beach!! My wife and I spent our wedding anniversary here and had a great time!! The free breakfast was really good, better than any other "continental" breakfast I've ever had! The staff was very nice and helpful. You get a free DVD rental every night, and a couple free tickets to local attractions that save you some money. Good pool, and another covered pool with a lazy river that were great for kids, as they mainly were the ones having fun in it!! Walking distance to many restaurants and even ice cream! The parking is really not that far at all, just one block over, and it's a really easy walk when you cut through the parking lot. Overall was a great stay and very relaxing

It was very humid in the room as well which made challenging to be comfortable at times and we had to play around with the cooling unit quite a bit. Our unit had a kitchen space complete with stove, sink, microwave, and dishwasher, but no fridge which was limiting. Property seemed well maintained overall, the hotel itself is just dated and smells humid and musty. Lots of pool options and easy access to the beach. Breakfast was included which was a nice touch.

Quick Vaca Myrtle Beach

Let me start off by giving the positives! I love the view and location. I love the free breakfast included at Magnolia’s and the miniature golf! I like the large refrigerator, stove, and kitchen utensils. The hallways and others areas smelled like smoke, everyday/all day. There were signs posted everywhere saying NO smoking! The room had some updates. I felt the room was dirty, the chair was moldy, the DVD player did not work, and the towels were very rough. This was my second time staying at the resort. This will probably be the last.

Nice couples getaway

We had a great time at the Carolinian. The breakfast was great, we didn’t mind the short walk across the street. The only real complaints we had were the cleanliness of the room, our toilet barely flushed and the tub didn’t drain very fast. We did enjoy the hot tub and pools and the staff were all friendly. We would consider this property again.

It was filthy!

We normally like staying at the Carolinian but this room was filthy. There was hair in the sink when we checked in and stains in the commode. The plastic panel that keeps the sun out was filthy. Top of the curtain was dirty also. We also had to kill a roach in the bathroom. If we weren’t exhausted after checking in late we would have left. Also it didn’t help that the restaurant that provides the free breakfast stopped early because of the lack of staff. That was one of the main things that has encouraged us to stay at the Carolinian because their food is amazing. Before this experience we were Carolinian fans but now we believe we will try somewhere new and just pay for the breakfast.
