Just a few Minutes from the downtown night life. This vintage beauty has a signature 1950s retro vibe with a modern feel. Custom vintage upscale furniture for you and your family to enjoy, deep lush leather couch, 70 inch flat screen w Netflix. Our home features wood beam ceilings with custom lighting, floor to ceiling windows in living space, with a fully-stocked kitchen and a chefs dream Bertazzoni gas range. Enjoy a full nights sleep in the lux dream cloud mattresses, Pet Friendly

Note**********^ Safety of our guests and colleagues is one of our top priorities, rest assured the home is completely sanitized, cleaned and disinfected meticulously thoroughly between all bookings/guests ^*******^* The home is located 2 mins of the 99 freeway in the college area, the most desirable and sought after neighborhood in Modesto. It's minutes from downtown and the Gallo Center. It's 3 blocks from Doctors Medical Center and a 7 minute drive to Memorial Hospital. 15 mins from Turlock and about 30 from Tracy/Stockton. The home is walking distance to many of Modesto's finest restaurants and a local organic grocery store, Starbucks, and boutique shops. The space is equipped with central heat and air, blazing fast WIFI download capabilities, 70 inch smart tv for all your viewing needs. New washer and dryer (we supply soaps and fabric softener.) The home is suited for solo traveler and families alike.
24 hour check in is available via lock box, You'll have full access to all amenities in the home, as it's all for your pleasure. Check out is at 11am. Late checkouts may be possible, only available upon request and is not guaranteed. My home was designed and crafted especially with our guests in mind. Please enjoy but also respect the home. No smoking inside, please no no parties or large gatherings, there are children. To both sides of home so please keep noise down after 10.

We expected a clean well equipped safe home in a good neighborhood but found a dirty run Down home needing a lot of attention the host was not available by phone or text. When I sent a Kenny list of things to be repaired was cent boiler plate not even received any reference to my. Text. No one ever replied to my concerns these things can be easily fixed without too much cost but to have a rating of 5 has to be fixed

We reserved the house for 6 days end of April and beginning of May 2014. The shower in the hallway bathroom the hot water was hard to regulate. Was either scolding hot or ice cold. The master bedroom shower faucets were leaking and the shower head was leaking behind the head and not much water coming through the head. Aldough there is a on-demand water heater set for 140 degrees I ran out of hot water half way through my shower. In the master bedroom there was a hole in the wall and also scuff marks on the wall by the bathroom. In the living room there were scuff marks high on the wall towards the carport. When we got there the garbage cans had no bags in them. We had to search the place for them. The door from livingroom to the patio was jamed closed. On the patio two maps were left outside and the trash can was not emptied.

Can’t wait to visit again!

I stayed here with my family. We loved this house, and thought it was so cute! It had everything we could’ve needed. When we got there, getting in was a breeze and the house was very clean. There were never any issues so we never had to contact the host. We’ll be looking to book this place again when we come back next year!

Contemporary home

Booked a weekend stay at this contemporary style home in May to attend a college graduation in Stockton. The home is a few minutes away from the freeway which is a plus.. The minute we drove into the neighborhood, we noticed the wide streets and the green grassy lawns of the neighboring properties. Another plus. The home itself is almost designed to be a smart home. The main entryway is keyless and is controlled by a digital key pad. Upon arrival late Friday night, we initially had trouble accessing the home. Got in touch with the host. And the representative that answered gave us a new code to gain entry into the home. Once inside, the home itself was very impressive. Every item felt like they were brand new. The couches, the appliances in the kitchen, the beds, everything. The home also has YouTube TV which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the family loved our stay there and would not hesitate to book another stay.

Perfect Home Away from Home

Property is exactly as described. Keurig and provided k cups were an added bonus! My husband and I , 2 kids, and my mom all stayed comfortable. The heater is really loud and took some getting used to but worked great and the shower in the master is super tiny so my husband had to use the main bathroom. I still give this house 5 stars. Clean and very comfortable plus I love the modern contemporary look and feel of the house. The host is very good at communicating and answered the phone immediately when we called and answered messages through the app quickly.

Would recommend and would stay again. Photos are an accurate representation of the property. 5++ stars for host, Jesse. If you value excellent communication with the host and a comfy family style older home in a quiet neighborhood, this place is for you. The mattresses felt fresh and comfortable. Lots of towels, blankets, and pillows. WD with plenty of cleaning supplies and paper products. The children enjoyed the larger yard. This is a gently worn older home and has some quirks that come along with it. This in no way detracted from our stay. Yosemite is a quick trip away - 2.5 hours. Cute vibe with good spaces.

Great location and quiet!

I chose this location because it was close to a venue that my drill team needed. Several of my teammates stayed here. We wanted some place comfortable and relaxing. It's a lovely home, in a quiet neighborhood, with kind neighbors, restaurants nearby and easy access to highways. The beds were very comfortable (that mattered most to us!), the layout is all one floor, and everything was there that we needed. The owner was very responsive, too. We'd definitely stay here again!
