This spacious, two-story, four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home - one of the larger floor plans in the community - offers approximately 3,000 square feet of resort vacation space to accommodate the whole family. The first floor features a great room (with a new 65-inch TV), a well-equipped kitchen, a pool table room, a half-bath, a laundry room, and a living room that includes a queen sofabed. The first floor also includes the main suite, a private bathroom with a separate shower and dual vanities, pond views, and access to the rear screened-in porch and sun deck. The second floor offers the remaining three bedrooms, including a second main suite with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom; both include a queen bed as well as a bunk bed (single-over-double trundle in the fourth bedroom).

Step outside to enjoy the home's covered front porch, screened rear porch, and sun deck (with a gas grill) overlooking the lake. You'll also have a Keurig, a gas fireplace (disconnected from Memorial Day through Labor Day), a gas grill, a Ping-Pong table, a keyless entry lock, and WiFi. Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests who opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase it at the Bear Trap Pavilion.
*Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
