This is a recently remodeled town home, it is 2 story, 2 bedrooms, with 2 queen beds, and 1.5 bathrooms, full bathroom upstairs, and half bath down, with full size laundry room, off the master bedroom is a balcony, 2nd bedroom has walk in closet. The parking is covered and located right behind unit and with entry in to property

It is about 13 miles from lake mead and about 3 miles from Walmart shopping center.
