Les Louveteaux - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

We propose to you to rent, on the commune of La Bresse, this charming flat of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 13 m², a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels extra, Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The flat is composed as follows:
- A 13 m² living room with sofa, TV (SFR channels) and dining area
- A kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and a TV (SmartTélévision on which you can only connect your personal accounts such as NetFlix - SFR channels and TNT not available)
- A mezzanine bedroom with two single beds and the possibility to add an umbrella bed.
- A bathroom (bath)
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A balcony of about 5 m² facing south-west, equipped with garden furniture and a parasol to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

The area :
The accommodation is located in the condominium "Hameau des Chaumes", situated in a quiet location on the hillside, which will allow you to benefit from a view of the town and the valley. The building in which the flat is located is at the end of the dead-end street, so you can park easily. You will be 5 minutes walk from the town centre and supermarket, and 15 minutes walk from the leisure centre (swimming pool, bowling).

Activities :
La Bresse, located in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports. The village has obtained the "Famille Plus Montagne" label. The Vosges offer a multitude of activities and leisure activities in summer and winter:

In summer :
- More than 250 km of marked trails and 200 km of mountain bike circuits, Lac des Corbeaux, Lispach, fishing for pike, carp, perch and trout...
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer sledging, trial...
- Visits: confectionery, clog making, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), villages and vineyards of Alsace (Colmar 1 hour away).

In winter :
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (10 minutes drive from the flat), the largest area in the Vosges.
- Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs).
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic area: 50 km of runs for all levels, 40 km of snowshoeing circuits, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, sledging slopes, ice rink.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's outdoor car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- TGV Est in Remiremont at 22 km then service by coach.
- During the school holidays, there is a free shuttle bus between the village and the ski slopes.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- Free Wifi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
