Les Louveteaux - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

This charming 40 m² flat in La Bresse can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 13 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a mezzanine bedroom area and a bathroom. Sheets and towels extra, Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 13 m² living room with sofa, TV (SFR channels) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Tassimo coffee machine...
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - new in May 2026 - and a TV (SmartTélévision on which you can only connect your personal accounts such as NetFlix - SFR and TNT channels not available)
- A mezzanine bedroom area with two single beds and the possibility of adding an umbrella bed.
- A bathroom (bath)
- Separate WC

The stairs leading to the mezzanine are typical mountain staircases.

Outside:
- A south-west-facing balcony of around 5 m², equipped with garden furniture and a parasol to enjoy the sunny days.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

The area :
The flat is located in the "Hameau des Chaumes" condominium, in a quiet location on the hillside, giving you a view of the town and the valley. The building in which the flat is located is at the end of a dead-end road, so you'll find it easy to park. You'll be a 5-minute walk from the town centre and supermarket, and a 15-minute walk from the leisure centre (swimming pool, bowling alley).

What to do :
La Bresse, in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports. The village has been awarded the "Famille Plus Montagne" label. In summer and winter alike, the Vosges offers a multitude of activities and leisure pursuits:

In summer :
- Over 250 km of waymarked footpaths and 200 km of mountain bike trails, Lac des Corbeaux, Lac de Lispach, pike, carp, perch and trout fishing...
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer sledging, trial...
- Visits: confectionery, clog-making, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), Alsace villages and vineyards (Colmar 1 hour away).

In winter :
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (10 minutes' drive from the flat), the largest ski area in the Vosges.
- Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs).
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic ski area: 50 km of runs for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe circuits, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, toboggan runs, ice rink.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the car park outside the residence.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- TGV Est at Remiremont 22 km away, then bus service.
- During the school holidays, there is a free shuttle service between the village and the ski slopes.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The flat is entirely non-smoking (balcony included).

- Pets are not allowed in the flat
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the flat for future visitors. Please leave the apartment clean and tidy and clean all appliances after use.
