This was a perfect rental for three generations of us gals. Whenever the teenager got tired, she was easily able to go back, when my 70yr old mom was exhausted, she was so happy to sit on the balcony. Clean and perfect. We’ll be back

Quiet well located building, elevator, balcony, electric awning, sunny living room, quiet bedrooms overlooking garden.Only one wc, dust under the beds upon arrival, very small bedrooms, one dining chair was not cleaned, only one set of linens, only one very old not functional broom.

Very well appointed. Airconditioning very good and totally silent. Kitchen lovely. Could do with extra pillows and sheets were a bit small for the bed. Lovely view out the back. Rue de France very good for visiting Nice. Close to the sea. Nice toiletries provided. Would be good if milk, sugar, salt and oil were provided on arrival as well as kitchen towel and several rolls of toilet paper.

I almost dont want to say bc i wont want it to be booked when we go again. To start the nestor and jeeves made this such a lux stay. We used their app and all communication was so easy as well as booking extras like car service and luggage hold. The location was perfect a block to the beach a pedestrian zone so.it was quiet and fun people watching at the same time. What i look for is a quiet place to sleep and this apartment was just that. It had all the amenities we needed for 3. Beds were comfortable and washer and air con were beyond luxury especially since we were there for the heat wave. We loved the location and simplicity of this apartment and will use it again if we are back in nice. Shops restaurant and the train station is starihjt up.the block.

Our stay was very good. The positives. Location. Couldn't be better. You are in the heart of the tourist area. 5 mins to the beach. 10 mins to old Nice. 15 mins to the train station. The place is exactly as the pictures show. Bed is comfortable, towels are good. The provide you with slippers which was nice and needed (you will understand as you read). It was easy to pick up the key and return. Just 2 blocks away. Pretty good instructions on how to use everything. The negatives. I was walking around with white socks on. I quickly realized the floors were not as clean as they could be. The fridge had a sour milk smell. We went and bought baking soda which helped a bit. The shower wasn't the as clean as it could be in the corners. I also couldnt get the rain shower to work. The handheld was fine. The knob seemed seized and I did not want to break it. The wine glasses we dusty dirty. They looked like they hadn't been cleaned in some time. We added to our dishwasher load. Overall, I would most likely stay here again as it was very well located. I just hope they improve in these few areas to make the stay that much more enjoyable.

The location was excellent to access all the sites. The apartmetn was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was easy to use and instructions were very good. I was surprised there was only 1 toilet. Since it advertised 2 bathrooms I expect 2 toilets. I was surprised there was only 1 toilet. Since it advertised 2 bathrooms I expect 2 toilets. Also neither of the rain head showers worked so that was an issue. The instructions on how to actually get to the apartment from the lobby could be improved.
