Satisfaction puis désillusion

Le séjour s est très bien passé. La maison est top. Par contre sans états des lieux ni à l’arrivée ni au départ la propriétaire a pris la caution de 300€ pour détériorations sans preuves matérielles. J ai un goût amer et proches aussi car on avait passé d’excellentes vacances.
