Great location and comfortable

Our stay in Antibes was absolutely wonderful. The studio's location was perfect for all our travels, being conveniently close to the town, train station, and bus stops. It was incredibly comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Ana greeted us warmly and was very helpful throughout our stay. Patrizia has created an ideal base for our next visit to Antibes and the surrounding areas. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Great little place!

We had a great time in Antibes! Getting there was difficult, but Ana helped us out and was waiting there to show us how to get to the place. The bed was honestly not that comfortable. Other than that, a perfectly good place to stay.

Wonderful Old Town Location, Lovely Apartment and Balcony

This comfortable, spotless, well-equipped studio is in a great, walkable old town location. The harbor, La Gravette beach, restaurants, groceries, and shops are all within a short block or two. Seven minutes walk to the train station if you don't have a car. Great internet for remote work. And such a lovely, kind hostess! The area can be lively on some nights, with a popular pub next door, if you are enjoying the balcony, but the apartment is peaceful inside. Very safe and welcoming atmosphere for lone female travelers, perfect space for couples too. I felt so at home, hated to leave!

Très bon accueil par hôte. Studio bien équipé (un micro ondes et plus d.assiettes plates seraient bien appréciables). Sinon situation très bien. Je n’ai pas eu de chance car il y avait plein de travaux pour le cinéma en face studio et le parc à côté Donc nuisances sonores.

Perfect location for Old Town explorations

This cute studio had the ideal setup for our recent trip to Antibes- exploring the Old Town (especially bakeries) and cooking some of our own meals with wonderful local cheeses and breads. Everything was clean and functioning, and the sofa bed was probably the comfiest we've ever slept on. It was also great having a washing machine. Patrizia was fantastic, super friendly and helpful, giving us an orientation on the map and providing suggestions for activities. All in all a great experience!

A lovely well equipped apartment and convenient location

We loved the apartment which was very well equipped and clean and comfortable. We unfortunately arrived as the car park opposite was being dug up to make way for a development

Tolle Unterkunft

Super nette Mitarbeiterin vor Ort. Die unterkunft war von der Größe und der Ausstattung für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr gut gelegen, mit nur wenigen Schritten waren die Altstadt und Geschäfte zu erreichen. Allerdings ist die Suche nach einem Parkplatz nervig, hat aber nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun, ist in der ganzen Stadt so. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es wieder buchen.

Great Stay in Antibes

Due to our late arrival we were delighted to be told by our host that she would be available even at the late hour. The apartment was very well located close to restaurants, shops and tourist sights. The apartment was very well furnished and we would certainly consider going back sometime in the future. We would also recommend it to friends and family. Thank you Patrizia

Lovely studio apartment in Old Antibes

This is the third time that we have stayed at this lovely studio apartment in Antibes. It is small but has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The kitchen is very well equipped if you want to eat in but there are also numerous excellent restaurants nearby. It is in an ideal location, only 5 minutes from the shops, restaurants and the port and a 10 minute walk from the railway and bus stations. It is ideal if you want to explore the wonderful area and there is no need for a car. Patrizia is a excellent host and was very helpful in providing information on places to visit. We will definitely be back again to stay.

Roomy studio with all the comforts of home, just 2 minutes from "La vieille ville" of Antibes

We've just spent 2 weeks, under the glorious May sunshine of La Côte d'Azur, in this comfortable studio in a modern building with secure entry and an elevator. Who could imagine that one room could cater so well for a couple? The bed, set up from an apparently normal, comfy couch, is wide and very comfortable. The bathroom is surprisingly large with an easily managed shower, convenient shelf-space, clothes hooks and towels. The kitchen space offers a lengthy counter, a very modern stove with a large oven, a full-size fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a double sink and drainer. A folding rack for drying clothes is also provided together with an ironing board. Pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, cups and glasses, along with all the necessary utensils including a toaster, a coffee-maker, an electric kettle and a waffle-maker are provided and to be found in appropriate drawers and cupboard-space. (The only additions that we could possible suggest would be a tea-pot and a small microwave.) There is also a television , a long kitchen table and 4 chairs. The toilet is in its own room, properly separated from the main living sections. Finally, the large patio doors, allow you to step out onto a remarkably spacious balcony with room for a very classy glass-top table and two comfortable wicker armchairs. This studio, offered for a reasonable price and situated on the very edge of the Old Town of Antibes, gave us all the comforts of home whilst allowing us to enjoy this wonderful part of France with the least possible inconvenience. Our dealings with the owner, Patrizia, were straight-forward and always helpful. I thoroughly encourage couples to take advantage of the benefits and comforts of this accommodation.

Un studio idéal !

Nous sommes restés 5 mois dans ce studio et nous en avons été pleinement satisfaits ! Il contient absolument tous les éléments qui peuvent rendre un séjour plus agréable (ustensiles et appareils de cuisine, télévision) et tout ce qui s'y trouve est neuf (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, réfrigérateur -très grand-, la douche....) Par ailleurs, son emplacement est aussi idéal, dans une zone ni trop calme, ni trop agitée, avec le marché à 2 pas deux matinées par semaine, des commerces, des restaurants et un cinéma ainsi que des transports à proximité, le port et également les plages également à côté ! Nous le recommandons avec enthousiasme !

Excellent Séjour!

Mon séjour dans ce Studio a été formidable, son location est effectivement dans le centre ville, près des commerces et des plages. De même est un endroit trop calme qui permet de se sentir comme si on était chez soi. L'appartement et la cuisine sont très bien équipés et j'avais tout dont j'avais besoin. Je recommande fortement de réaliser un séjour dans ce Studio pour toutes les commodités qu'il peut offrir et aussi pour l'amabilité de la propriétaire qui vous accueillera. Moi même je serais ravie de répéter ce séjour.

I like the rhythm of Antibes, relaxed and dynamic at the same time, and the international side of the people living here who make the place swing all year round.
I love sports and I really appreciate Antibes’ strategic location near the sea and the mountains, which give me the opportunity to practice the outdoor sports I really enjoy.

This large studio of 35 m2 with a beautiful loggia of 6 m2 is located in a very strategic position; at the edge of the old city you can enjoy its charm without being to noisy in the summer.
Only five minutes away you will find the Gravette sand beach and the nearby pebble beach, which is more shaded in the morning, as well as the Vauban Port and the quai des Milliardaires.
The beaches of Ponteil and Salis are 15 minutes away on foot; past them you can continue your walk to Cap d'Antibes with its splendid high Aleppo pines and deep coves.
If you enjoy shopping there’s a wide range of boutiques just a few meters away, as well as restaurants and pubs, you will be spoiled for choice!

Mostly families who live there all year and who care about tranquillity, silence and good manners inhabit this luxury building. A concierge lives on site and takes care of the property.
This newly renovated studio is on the first floor and has an elevator, offering guests comfort and functionality.
There is a modern open kitchen with plenty of storage space and high quality appliances. The refrigerator has a capacity of 200 litters and has a large freezer.
The sofa bed is comfortable and has an excellent quality mattress measuring 160 x 200 cm.
The bathroom, also recently renovated, has a practical shower, bidet and washbasin with a cupboard. There is a separate toilet.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
There is a balcony with a small table and two chairs, which can be an ideal spot for lunch.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. They can be rented for an extra 20 Euros.
