Completely renovated, this fourth floor penthouse apartment with a lift, features one bathroom, 2 bedrooms and an open kitchen, dining and living room area. Large bay windows open on to a terrace that overlooks the pretty Thiou River.

A convertible sofa (Rapido Prestige Queen size) allows for extra sleeping (1 adult or 1 children).
The first bedroom with its’ Queen bed has a lot of storage and gives on to the terrace. The bathroom “very design” is next to it and features a Rain Forest Shower, a hair dryer and a towel rack dryer.
The second bedroom with its’ cosy closet bed offers a lot of space and comfort. The WC / toilet which is separate from the bathroom, is closer to it.
The large 50 sq. meter terrace encompasses the apartment and overlooks the Thiou River and its’ majestic trees. This huge terrace has a secluded dining area with a beautifully tiled ceramic table, wrought iron chairs and nice shading. You can also sit in the lounging chairs and enjoy the panoramic view or sunbath.
The apartment is fully furnished with brand new appliances: dishwasher, coffee makers (traditional and Italian), washing machine, micro-wave oven, induction stove, traditional oven, blender/mixer, slow cooker, fridge with freezer unit, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils Raclette & Pierrade appliances, safe, ...
Linen and towels are provided as well as certain cleaning products.
A private indoor parking space in the apartment block’s basement is included in the price.
A lift takes you directly from this indoor parking or the apartment block’s main entrance to the flat.

Annecy apartment the hidden Gem
Great property, in a nice part of Annecy, river frontage with walking - cycle path allowing easy access to the lake, old town with a Boulangerie on the other side of the children's play ground.
Close to rail, bus station center and the shopping mall.
Very quite area for a slow pace peaceful holiday.
Gran terraza. Muy tranquilo. Bien ubicado.
Bright, airy and lovely apartment. Good location and very quiet. Nice walks to go downtown and to the old part of Annecy. Good restaurants in the area and a bakery right at the foot of the apartment.

The location was nice but compared with the high price it is considered really bad experience.
The view also was nice but if you know nothing about the other places .
Other places was really fantastic and amazing.
I rally liked the facilities but not the internet.
The kitchen was fully prepared but a lot of exaggerating in numbers of cups and plates.

The apartment was regrettably left in a total mess and we had to get many things fixed (shower, toilet, etc) which had been broken.
We have an agency managing the apartment and all problems must be reported to them or to us. It is said that the internet did not work but when the agency checked, it was working . Clearly the guests did not understand something but it is to be wondered why they did not get in touch with the agency in charge for this and for all the problems they cited. As for the dishes, we provide many cups (10), a wide assortment of glasses as well as 8 big plates and 12 smaller ones, numerous bowls, etc. . Unless guests never wash dishes (even though a dishwasher is provided), we do not understand how it could be stated that there were not enough dishes.
We do not agree on the guest’s statement on the location.
Near Annecy’s city center, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful (no bars or restaurants next door) . It overlooks the Thiou river and has many playgrounds next to it. There is a delightful promenade to reach Annecy Old City following the river and canals.
We strive to give the best possible quality and service to our clients. Unfortunately some renters mistake hotel and holiday rentals and expect daily maid and cooking services. If theses services are required, hotels are made for this. They can contact us and arrangements can be made for these services.
We would not recommend such guests for vacation rentals but rather for hotels
We had a very nice stay in Annecy. We loved the terrace at this apartment and found Sylvie to be so accommodating! A bit of a walk to the town center but a nice quiet place to stay at night.
We are happy to see that you enjoyed the apartment. As stated, it is a 25 minute walk to downtown and a 15 minute walk to the old Annecy center. Also it depends on which way is take. The walk following the Thiou Promenade is splendid.
The apartment is quiet since it is not near busy streets and features an indoor parking space.
Comfortable apartment, central location
The apartment is clean and light with a large outdoor wraparound balcony (perfect in the summer).
It accommodates 4 adults comfortably, though a lack of wardrobe space in one bedroom. The kitchen facilties are more than adequate - we managed to cook Christmas dinner.
Annecy old town, shops and the lake are within 15/20 minutes walk. Supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby.
Forty km south of Geneva, Annecy marks the beginning of the French Alps. This city hosts many tourist attractions : the lake with it’s famous « Fete du Lac » Event in August, the castle, the Old City, sightseeing, shopping, cultural events, festivals, ... The lake’s pure water feeds the many beautifully flowered canals and rivers that run through the city and make it one of France’s most beautiful capitals. No damage deposit asked. Upon arrival, please present valid credit card for guarantee. Card only debited for unpaid dues, property degradations, missing objects. Visa, Euro/Mastercard accepted. Prices do not include the Hotel City Tax or Stay tax of 1.45 euros per person and per night. Children under 10 years old do not pay this tax.
