Lighthouse Beach Resort # 13 / Kas Bientu di Pasat est une maison de ville spacieuse de 2 chambres Ă  coucher (climatisĂ©e) avec 2 1/2 salles de bain situĂ©e dans une communautĂ© au bord de l’ocĂ©an avec piscine et plage de plongĂ©e privĂ©e. IdĂ©al pour les plongeurs, les plongeurs, les vĂ©liplanchistes, les kitesurfeurs et les familles. Laissez notre maison ĂȘtre votre maison de vacances dans le paradis qu'est Bonaire. .

Nous sommes à quelques pas de classe mondiale de plongée, et à quelques minutes de la planche à voile, kitesurf, ville, shopping, visites touristiques, les casinos, et d'excellents restaurants. EntiÚrement équipé maison avec un jardin tropical privé, piscine communautaire privée et de la plage. 100 yards de la plage et Lighthouse Point site de plongée. De nombreux sites de plongée de classe mondiale sont situés à proximité de cet emplacement privilégié. Les installations comprennent un téléphone local gratuit et un téléphone américain / canadien gratuit, une connexion Internet haut débit Wi-Fi et par cùble privée, la climatisation dans les chambres, le cùble, la télévision haute définition avec bibliothÚque de DVD et le Chromecast. Une pleine grandeur et cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec four micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, cafetiÚre, mixeur, ustensiles de cuisine, assiettes, etc. fournis. Votre propre grille à gaz pleine grandeur (BBQ) pour une cuisson extérieure facile. Douche extérieure et évier de rinçage à engrenages avec zones de séchage des engrenages intérieurs et extérieurs. La cuisine vient d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©e en fĂ©vrier 2017 avec de nouvelles armoires et des comptoirs en granit et nous avons installĂ© de nouveaux climatiseurs dans les chambres. Le meilleur devient encore meilleur.

Lits pour quatre personnes (lit queen et deux lits simples) plus un lit d'appoint pour une cinquiÚme personne. Il y a un matelas pneumatique pour une sixiÚme personne possible si vous souhaitez presser, mais veuillez en discuter avec nous avant de réserver. Toutes les serviettes et draps fournis et remplacés chaque semaine pendant plusieurs séjours d'une semaine.

Great location

This is the second time we have stayed here. Love the location and its quiet. Used the pool everyday and the dive shop next door. The apartment had everything we needed. Lots of towels.

Everything we needed was there. Directions were great and suggestions very helpful. There were even some snacks available when we arrived. Very comfortable accommodations. Location was great because we were close to shopping and just a minute walk to the beach. Very, very nice! We would definitely stay here again!

It was very nice. A little to warm when air wasn’t on. I guess we’re not used to the heat along with humidity. The home had everything we needed and all the dive equipment, dive sink, hangers, etc were great. The home was well stocked with all our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Feels like home

Nice place. All the beach stuff is provided. Snorkel from the property but cool spots are 5 minutes south. Bonefish are 12 minutes away so I went every morning. Pool was awesome. Multiple languages spoken on Bonaire but English almost everywhere. Met people from all over the world. Owner awesome to work with.

Divers paradise recharge

We came to this island to dive and diving is exactly what we did. 34 dives in 8 days can be quite exhausting but it was nice to come back to this house to recharge. We would rinse our gear, eat dinner, and prepare for tomorrow. Beds were comfortable and the thoughtfulness the host did in preparation of the house made us feel even more welcomed. They had a basket of fruit, chips, drinks, and other things prepared for us making our first night effortless. If your going to Bonaire stay here especially if your a diver, having our own rinse tank and scuba room make the difference.

Our 'home' away from home

March 2017 will be our 12th consecutive year staying at LBR13 (need we say more).The owners cater to your every need and respond quickly to any questions or issues. The condo is very clean, roomy and has many features that make our stay pleasant. Due to its direction, the breeze flows through the condo and makes it very pleasant.The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans and other items. The gas barbeque is a real plus. Off the kitchen is a storage room for all you gear and equipment. There is an American phone for your use to keep in touch with family at home. All the amenities make your stay a great experience and add to the enjoyment of your time there. We consider LBR13 our home away from home and are very happy there.

Comfortable home away from home

We arrived about 9pm after an exhausting 5 different flights, one of which was 4 hours late. We were very pleasantly surprised to find foods and drinks left on the counter for us. There was fruit,coke,orange juice, peanut butter and jelly, bread, milk, and. Number or other things left for us. WE were so grateful, We were very hungry and thirsty. The condo was comfortably furnished, and very homely. The kitchen was well stocked with every possible pot and pan you could think of. We found every thing we needed and then some. There was a large grill outside, that we ultized a lot. The outside shower was great and very refreshing after a day on the beach and in the water. The bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable. The lady next door was very helpful and quick to answer any questions or help out in any way she could. What an asset for the owner! The area was peaceful and private. We didn't, have one issue with noise . I could go on and on about this wonderful place. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you Stan, Audrey, and stefanie.

A Perfect place, made by divers for divers!

From the initial contact it was clear that the owners are taking the hospitality business very seriously. Email exchange was patient and very detailed; each and every question was answered in length and in detail - nothing was left unanswered or open to doubts. Information package was complete and one will be hard-pressed to find a question that was not dealt with in the information sent. The house was prepared and equipped by owners-divers and has EVERYTHING one might wish for a diving vacation including all rinsing and storage/drying facilities (outdoors and locked area indoors), beach chairs, umbrella and cooler boxes, beach and swimming pool towels, in brief: everything! The condo is specious and well ventilated, fully equipped (the American phone line made it even easier than ususal to keep in contact with my wife and kids) and tastefully decorated. I personally liked the fact that the specific unit is not directly around the pool, as it promises quiet and privacy. Pool and beach are seconds away and area is quiet and decently maintained. This is my 7th visit to Bonaire and I already lament the fact that the unit is not available during my coming April trip (mind you: book early!). Thanks Audrey and I am confident we will talk again in the future.

The condo at Lighthouse Beach Resort is in a great location on the island and plenty of space to feel right at home. My husband and I spent 2 weeks there and had everything we needed and more. If you want privacy and are not seeking the resort crowds then this is it. The pool and beach access were steps away and the community grounds were well cared for. Beds were comfy which is not common in Bonaire and had plenty of towels and linens. The grill was a great plus and we used it to cook most of our meals. The beautiful front and back patios are great for enjoying the birds, breeze and views. Will definitely book again! Thank you Audrey and Stan!!

Practical, compact and a great source of comfort.to call home for a couple of weeks.

Our 4th visit and the best rental. I accompany my older son who learnt to scuba on this island. I snorkel and swim, and do photography so the location is ideal for me to amuse myself while he is enjoying his sport. And being a senior the proximity to the ocean is convenient and close to come back to lounge in your lovely shaded back yard and listen to the birds chirping and the visit of an iguana occasionally. The kitchen was stocked with most of the basic items. But we did miss a carrot peeler, and a heavy bottomed pan in which to brown meat for the making of pastas, etc. We tend to be 'back to basics' cooks. Other than that we made great use of the good quality barbecue provided and a delight to use compared to the normal provided with a rental unit. Having air conditioning in each bedroom made for a great nights sleep as outside temperatures do not fluctuate much between night/day. It was great to know that we had your neighbor Stef to call upon if needed; otherwise she leaves you to enjoy your holiday. Definitely looking forward to our vacation at your home in 2020!!

Enjoyable stay

Probably the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. There was a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, rinse buckets and hangers for dive gear, ample games, movies, and books - not that that we had time for them this trip. We appreciated having the Shore Diving Made Easy and the Humann/Deloach ID books available. I especially loved the screens since I am a mosquito magnet. The new Dive Friends location at Del Fins was super convenient - our only complaint would be that their rinse tanks were empty in the evenings we checked so we couldn't use them. We generally prefer to use the dive shop's since it is quicker for us to rinse our gear, but the rinse tub outside the rental was convenient we just couldn't fit in as much gear at once. We would stay here again.

Great location. Close to windsurfing, diving, grocery shopping, and restaurants.

We arrived late in the day and found a welcome basket with snacks. The kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed making dinners at home and enjoying them on the porch. The bbq was great for grilling. The bedrooms were spacious and had great A/C. Wonderful place to spend our vacation.

My husband & I spent three weeks in LBR #13. I have to say that it was, by far, the most generously and practically equipped accommodationl that we have ever rented in Bonaire. We really enjoyed our stay. Audrey & Stan have thought of everything & their attention to detail is impeccable. The bedrooms are spacious, the mattresses are in great condition (very comfortable for us, but, yes, comfort is subjective) & the walk-in closets were a pleasant surprise. It was nice to not have to live out of a suitcase for three weeks. The kitchen is abundantly stocked with good quality pots, pans, serveware, tableware, cutting boards, sharp knives and just about every gadget/appliance imaginable. As we cooked in most evenings, being able to prepare our meals without being limited by the typical sparsely equipped kitchen really made our stay all the more enjoyable. And, the outdoor gas grill was awesome! The unit itself is east-west oriented so you can take your pick of sun or shade in the nicely landscaped, private courtyards. There are plenty of screened windows and a lovely screened patio. The cross-ventilation is great. In fact, it was so breezy while we were there that we never needed to turn on the A/C. The fans were more than enough for us. There is ample sturdy indoor and outdoor storage for dive gear, as well as an outdoor rinse tank. Although, in an effort to conserve precious water, we opted to rinse our gear at the dive shop. We had never stayed in LBR before and it was a nice change from the barking dog bedlam that is prevalent in many of the other neighborhoods of Bonaire. LBR was very quiet, yet not deserted. Everyone we encountered (mostly other owners) was friendly & personable. The complex pool is very clean and well- maintained. The private beach has a nice sandy entrance. In our minds, LBR#13 has set the standard against which all our future rentals will be measured. We won't hesitate to return.

Wonderful !!

We had a wonderful stay in Bonaire at the Lighthouse Beach Resort #13. The condo has been just what we wanted both years we stayed there. Very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, 2 comfortable bedrooms with AC if needed and not far from good snorkeling, restaurants and town.

AWESOME!

From the moment we walked into LBR 13, we felt as though we were "home". It is a clean, cmfortable unit. I've never rented a unit with such a well equipped kitchen--everything needed for meal preparation. The outside gas grill is a major plus. The house is definitely set up for diving with a fresh water rinse tank for easy cleanup. There is no place else I would rather stay and will return on our next visit to Bonaire.

Our family LOVED our week long summer dive trip to Bonaire! We really enjoyed ourstay at LBR #13 as our "home away from home". It was a great value for our family of 4 divers and I don't think you can find a place with your own BEACH and a POOL for this price anywhere else on the island! We chose this unit as my girls liked the fact that they each had their own twin bed to sleep in for the week. The unit is well stocked with extra sheets and towels and the kitchen has enough gear to cook up a storm...which we did most nights. Our favorite part was that we could back up our truck to the back yard, unload our gear in the "buckets" the owners provide, wash our gear in the outdoor basin and hang everything up in a matter of minutes out of the direct sunlight because of the large palm trees in the yard. The outdoor shower was wonderful as well as the clotheslines on the side of the house for towels and suits. But the absolutely best part of the unit was the utility room behind the kitchen where we could store all our scuba gear x4, overnight. This place is well layed out for the diver and all their stuff! The owners were a delight to work with and they were quick to answer any and all of my questions before our arrival. There is a manager who lives next door if there were any issues, but we didn't have any. It was so nice to have some coffee, fruit, bread and other food waiting for us when we arrived from our 5 am flight! The only problem my husband noted is that a week was not long enough! We will be back... and it will be at least 2 weeks the next time. We enjoyed 11 amazing divesites from as far north as Nukove, then south to Salt Pier. We explored the island from a kayak in the mangroves as well as the back roads in Washington National park from our truck. Everything was accessable from this location.

We first visited Bonaire almost 25 years ago, staying at the old Sunset Beach Hotel. We loved the place, the nicest people, the diving, everything about it. We gave thought to buying something but there really wasn't much for sale back then, and with a young daughter we decided that it just wouldn't work for us at the time.

Fast forward 20 years. Our friends, Mike and Craig, retired and started spending good parts of the winter in Bonaire, leaving their wives home to work (their wives choice!) Mike was either windsurfing or waiting for the wind and Craig diving every day and sneaking in some windsurfing. They were renting at various places, including Lighthouse Beach. We started coming down with their wives, Shelley and Karen (respectively) to visit in February, first staying at Coco Palm Gardens and then with all of them when they bought their place at Kings Beach Resort.

Always a wonderful time, Craig and I diving every day, the ladies on the beach at Lac Bay while Mike was windsurfing. Cocktail hour on the beach every night followed by a great dinner, the result of either group cooking at home or at one of the many great restaurants like Cuba Compagnie, Mi Banana or the old Cactus Blue. One year, while Audrey was hanging out with Shelley, Karen, and some of their friends, someone mentioned this really nice place for sale next door so Audrey said we should go see it. I had no interest in buying anything but went along with it because that's how you stay married for 40+ years. :-)

LBR #13 was just such a great place that we came away thinking that maybe this was the time to fulfill that 25 year old dream. So, we took the figurative 'giant stride' into the deep water and here we are the owners of this beautiful home.
