Great condo & close to parks

Loved this townhouse! Host included all the things to get you started, unit was clean and well appointed. Would definitely recommend this unit to a friend and will book again if ever in the Disney area. Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving College Basketball Tournament

Clean, comfortable and convenient to Espn Wide World of Sports and Disney. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Condo had supplies like soaps, coffee filters, olive oil etc, laundry detergent.....all the things to make for a convenient stay. Highly recommend staying here as it has pretty decor so aesthetically pleasing as well.

Close to Disney parks

The owner Robert is absolutely amazing. He was so quick on booking process and sending me the essential email to check in process. The house is equipped with everything you need. It's very convenient to go any restaurant and also only half a mile there is walmart. It's very close to all the disney parks. Check in and checkout process was the easiest ever. Definitely would stay again whenever I am Orlando area. Thank you Robert for the last minute booking.

Very Comfortable Condo and Nice Location to Disneyworld

No complaints about the condo. Very comfortable, clean, well-maintained, spacious and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and our son enjoyed the water slide. Never got to try the movie theater or hot tub. King size bed was comfortable for us but my cousin said the 2 full size beds in the spare bedroom seemed very short. Condo is close to several popular restaurants, grocery stores and gift shops. Management responded to any questions we had quickly. Would stay there again if in Florida!

Flexible, convenient and prompt!

Perfect! We were staying all over FL for a week of college tours. We wanted a place for a couple days to do 1 day at Disney, have a home cooked meal and do some laundry- property owner had good communication and it was great to find a place that let us book two nights. I was about 5-7 min late getting out and the house cleaning service was waiting for me to leave, and I felt terrible, but no I’ve made me feel bad about it. Cute, well stocked, easy, accessible, comfortable beds, near a Walmart, cute and friendly staff at the pool, and mini mart. Thanks!

Great location

The location of the property is great but the property it self could really use some updates. The master bedroom mattress was horrible,worst I've ever slept on! The furniture is very old and dated also. Looks like someone purchased the unit 15 years ago and hasn't done anything with it since except updated the TV'S. Overall the owner is very nice and the location is great but the unit isn't up to date.

Great condo!

We rented this condo over the week of Thanksgiving. Overall we had a great experience. The condo was on the first floor, which is convenient. It was clean, well laid out, was well stocked with cooking supplies. We always bring consumable items like laundry detergent, extra paper towels and toilet paper when we travel, but it was nice to have a starter amount of these items. I was able to cook easily with what was provided and we enjoyed the TVs and good WiFi. This unit is not far from the clubhouse and close to shopping and the theme parks. My only complaint was I found the king size bed to be hard and uncomfortable, but my husband didn’t mind it, so just personal preference. We also found the toilets to be very small and low. We managed fine but it might be an issue for someone with mobility issues (which I have in my family, so I think of these things). Rob was great to work with and very communicative.

Nicely Remodeled & Appointed

This property is very nicely maintained and updated! It worked out perfectly for my parents stay. It was very well appointed, with a fully functional kitchen with all the necessities and more! They loved their stay! The only recommendation would be to add grab bars in the shower for those that might need it but we realize that's not required for the majority of renters. Thanks so much for your quick response to communications as well!

10/10? Believe the hype

My wife and I are always cautious when we see a place that's a 10, because it's hard to find something perfect. Well, this one is. The communication with Robert was easy. He replied very quickly and went above and beyond to make things perfect. Let's dive in: the water pressure of the shower head was great! The place smelled clean as soon as we walked in (now there's the pressure of making our place smell THAT clean too lol). There's a starter kit that will last you a few days, with soap, TP, garbage bags, etc. Since we were very low maintenance, what they provided was more than enough. The kitchen had everything you needed, from plates and kitchenware to appliances. Just make sure to clean up afterwards. The apartment is located about 25-30 mins from Universal and about 15 from Disney. Not bad! Quiet neighborhood, there's a Walmart, gas stations, restaurants, etc near by. Thanks once again and we will be back!

Clean, convenient location

First of all, when we travel, we always stay at VRBO rentals. We know what a good or bad place is. This unit smells clean when you walk in, and you will not find any dirt, sand, hair, etc on the floors. This was probably the cleanest condo we ever stayed in. As far as the location, it was great. Disney is about 15 minutes away, and if you are not heading to Disney , then Disney springs is about the same. Great neighborhood to walk in the morning, and when you come back, head to the pool. The unit is not close to the pool, but the walk is really nothing when compared to the quiet area this unit is in. I know traveling is stressful not knowing what you'll get for accomodations, but don't worry about this place, it's top notch.

Highly recommend!!!!

First, I want to give a glowing review for this property for a variety of reasons. The first is for cleanliness. This property is one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. It was nicely updated spacious enough for a small family, and very well stocked with kitchen items. There is also a washer and dryer which made it highly convenient when using the pool and wanting to come back and wash and dry wet clothing. It is so close to all of the parks and the check-in process was super easy. The owner of this property was so kind and accommodating. I could not have asked for a better experience and a nicer place to stay. We were traveling with our grandchildren one of which is Type I diabetic. We always need to have a kitchen to prepare special meals for her and a place that feels comfortable and like home. This property met all of our needs and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
