Want to feel like you are at a resort in Marin County! Summer retreat!
Recently remodeled home with beautiful open floor plan and high ceilings. The great room has a chef's kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a big island, and a bar. The living room has deep couches and 65" inch TV and the dining room has seating for 8.
- Master bedroom with cal king bed and bath with separate shower and large bathtub.
- 2nd bedroom has bunk beds.
- 3rd bedroom/playroom has a convertible couch
- Located on a lagoon, we have lots of water toys, stand up paddleboards and kayaks for exploring
- Inflatable water trampoline and lilypad for the kids.
- The view of Mt Tam is beautiful from sunrise to sunset.
- 2 Cruisers, 2 kids bikes, and 4 scooters
Outdoor space completely renovated last year for indoor/outdoor living. Resort-like outdoor living room!
